Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     The flavors of Eddie V's Austin is a little more pronounced than the food flavors in Plano/Frisco. The food looked the same but didn't taste the same.

    Celebrated Father’s Day early at Eddie V’s Plano. Service was absolutely horrible- starting immediately with rude hostesses and continuing with inattentive waiter. Bar drinks took far too long, there were no service assistants filling water/tea glasses, so they stayed empty, and we had to ask for a steak knife three times. Not what we expected from Eddie V’s. Food was just okay-hubby’s steak was really dry, cooked at Medium Rare… scallops were decent, just bland and plain. Definitely better quality restaurants available for the $300 spent.

    Service was absolutely horrible. We were waiting most of the time and the waiter didn’t seem to care. I’ll never customers to this restaurant again!

    The wife and I LOVEEEEEE Eddie Vs. We make it a point to eat there at a minimum of once a month. Never have had a bad experience. I would be remis if I didn't mention that yesterday at the Plano location, I ordered a 10oz Filet Mignon, Medium and it came to me Well Done. I was surprised to say the least but that is 1st World problems. The other food, bread, drinks were above board!!
