Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Scallops were perfect, not gritty at all. Pink moon oysters…. Perfect. That hope diamond cocktail far exceeded my expectations. The off the menu fish, butterfish, was superb. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Service was great, food was cooked perfect. Wine list was a perfect balance. Truffle Mac n cheese was amazing, cooked right on the edge of al dente like I like. This is what I expect when I spend $$$$.

    The service and food was outstanding! Steak and lobster is to die for! Delicious crab cake and the yummiest banana foster ever!

    We ordered the Big Eddie on the menu It’s a seafood tower. It’s was fantastic as it gets. Also ordered a bottle of wine to pair with our dinner. Waiter Dylan was also very nice and helped us choose the wine and food. He was spot on

    The service food and experience were all fantastic. Went for my husbands birthday and they had a card and small decor on the table. Oysters were spectacular!

    A perfect evening of dinner in the lounge. It was my friend's birthday and from the minute he walked in, they all acknowledged it can called him by his name. The birthday dessert and roses were the perfect over the top touch to make us feel special not to mention our filets were cooked to perfection. Thank you!

    I’ve had better experiences at other Eddie V’s. We waited more than an hour and a half to eat. The vegetables came out burnt. My nieces food was for gotten. I won’t go back to this one again!
