The food was excellent last night! I was shocked to see that they removed The Maverick from the cocktail list, but was thankful they still made us a few.

The seafood at a seafood restaurant was overcooked. Rubbery lobster and shrimp. Scallops were soft but over-seared making the surface almost crunchy. For the price of the meals it was hugely disappointing.

Great service. Our 2 person waiter team was friendly, efficient and paid attention to our needs. The calamari was excellent! Lobster bisque not so good & lukewarm. Returned it. Considering the price food should have been better. Restaurant looks very stately and elegant. I would return.

Upscale service with refined food taste. From appetizer to dessert the meal was fabulous. My date felt honored with the level of service and excitement.

Everything was fantastic. Service was impeccable. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Marion our sever always makes sure that our dining experience is the best. He always exceeds our expectations.

For being a younger couple coming in, we were treated with the same respect as any other older couple, which was nice for the first time. Fantastic experience and our server cody was exceptional! Food and drinks were amazing.

Noise level is the number one reason we picked this establishment. Diners were quite reserved and not terribly loud. The staff seemed to be louder than every diner which did disturb us sone but not to the level of using earbuds/earplugs. Food was exceptional. Service could have been better but still good. A member of our table was planning on having 2-3 cocktails in celebration yet was only offered one without any follow up for another. Waters were kept full though and this was nice. Overall a good experience and we will return.

Charlotte was a fantastic server. It was my husband’s birthday and she made everything very special for us. We loved the bananas, Foster dessert and the complimentary champagne. Super great evening.

We ordered lamb 3 times medium + and each time it came back raw and red in the middle. Servers were surprised as well and took it off the bill which we appreciate.

Charlotte was awesome as a waiter. The cuisine was exceptional. However, the service considerably down after first course. We waited for the check for 20 minutes. She was very busy but the patrons should not be waiting 15-20 min in between courses and at end. It’s not her fault and Charlotte did ask if we had any time constraints (which we didn’t) - it was Saturday night and busy. We did not have to wait at all to be seated with our reservation and had a wonderful booth.

We had dinner there on Sunday, March 31. Our reservation was at 7:15 PM. After we were seated, we ordered drinks and then, about 10 minutes later, ordered salad. At 7:56 PM (I checked my phone), our server all but ran up to our table and said, “Do you want to order any more food? The kitchen closes at 8:00.” To this point, NO ONE had mentioned that the restaurant was closing early despite us having interacted with two people at the front desk when we arrived, our own server, and other servers who had dropped off drinks, bread and salads. We then had to immediately order our entrees and were treated for their remainder of our dinner to the “lovely” ambience of watching the jazz trio pack up there instruments and depart and the restaurant staff cleaning the dining room and kitchen. I would expect better communication at a fast food restaurant.

Eddie V’s was ever accommodating, as we were 15 minutes late for our party of 8. The table was decorated. The food was amazing as always. Service was a little slow, but it was also Easter. Our waiter Stephen was great!

We celebrated my sisters birthday. It was an excellent night. The food and service was fantastic. We had the small tower, crab fried rice, lobster bisque, asparagus, lobster tacos, and banana foster. She loved the venue. Well done.

Always an amazing experience at Kansas City’s Eddie V’s. The cuisine and wine selection seamlessly compliment each other. Tiffany is an icon staff member among others as well. Just makes for a wonderful experience every visit. The blue cheese broiled crust should absolutely be tried for any steak entree. The best in the Midwest.
