Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Exceptional food, exceptional service great atmosphere. I go there regularly couldn’t be any better. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Always good and consistent here. You can’t go wrong. Our server Tess was amazing and really made our date night special.

We visit Eddie V's probably every month and each time we go the experience is always the same..... first class. David and Stacy are the best in the business and know exactly what it takes to manage a restaurant of this quality.

Service was very good, food was exceptional. Went for a special occasion, Masters degree, party of 6. $56 for 4 accompaniments which barely satisfied everyone is a tough value.

Ambience is very nice and the food was excellent. My wife had the filet and I had the lamb chops. Only issue was the filet was undercooked and we had to send it back. Tess our server was excellent. The special touches they did to help me celebrate my wife''s birthday were very nice. We will be back.

What an excellent meal!! Darrell our server, was top notch- especially the cocktails recommendations and shrimp with crab meat.!! It was a great experience.!!
