Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Celebrated a graduation. They sprinkled stars and a placed a congratulatory card on the table before seating us which was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Food was incredible. A great evening.

Can’t recommend this place enough. We ate here the day after our wedding for our first “Mr. & Mrs. date” and couldn’t have had a better experience. The host remembered us from a few months beforehand, Jay our server was excellent as was Kaitlyn the manager. The gave us a complimentary dessert platter which was much appreciated and the food remains among the best I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to be back

Another great meal and experience at Eddie V’s! Food, drinks, service, and ambience are fantastic. I also appreciate the layout of the restaurant which provides multiple types of seating. The bar is also a nice experience!

Our server and the food was amazing. We ate at a high top in the bar and it was a pretty noisy environment. Then the musicians arrived and the atmosphere changed. The noisy folks at the bar went quiet and it was fantastic.

Food was excellent. John, our server, was extremely nice and his recommendations were spot on. The oysters were fresh and the salmon and Mediterranean Branzino were superb. We would definitely return.
