The host and our waiter- Kirk were fabulous! The whole staff actually but Kirk was really professional and friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is gorgeous, music was light and easy. The food was great, my only thing was the chicken lemon breast looked and seemed to be prepared differently than the picture I previously seen. Anyhow it was still good and the drinks were nice. Overall, had an amazing anniversary dinner! Cheers to 10 years with the Greers

We had a nice experience at Eddie Merlot’s. We were seated and served quickly and the service was good overall. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to finishing our leftovers.

This is a very beautiful restaurant with gorgeous stain glass and well positioned booths and tables. Service is a team effort and Taylor was our excellent main server, There is a large wine and cocktail list. We had tasty cocktails pre dinner and nice wine with our main meal. Steaks were perfect. The shrimp were regular size and not jumbo as listed. We had a delicious carrot cake and quality French pressed coffee.

I was a little concerned when I read some of the recent reviews here. I shouldn't have been worried. Our service was fantastic. We were there about an hour and a half and that's the pace we wanted. Our drinks were out quickly and our questions on the menu were answered. We enjoyed an appetizer and the complementary bread. Main courses were cooked as we ordered and were very flavorful, though my sea bass may have been slightly overcooked as it was tough in a couple places. Dessert was average but a nice way to wrap up the evening. Only one minor nitpick - the towels to dry hands in the restrooms definitely fell apart and left all kinds of flakes that I had to brush off.

Our server, Jo, was outstanding. She knows everything about the menu and makes great recommendations. If she were looking for a job, I would hire her as a salesperson. She was attentive and was the best thing about our dinner. The ambience is average. The interior decor is becoming a bit dated and there are places where paint has worn thin in the restaurant. Some of the plates were scratched from being in the dishwasher too often. I do not expect to see old dishes and thin paint on surfaces when I am paying these prices. The "towels" in the bathroom were paper napkins that shredded as soon as I wiped my wet hands on them. What a mess. The prices are just silly. I understand taking common foods and elevating them in order to be able to charge higher prices and call it "fine dining." There was nothing special about the food. I eat the same food in other restaurants for half the price. Our dinner lasted from approximately 5:00 to 7:00 and there were only about half a dozen other occupied tables the entire time. I see why. This restaurant needs to change it ways or it will probably be closed by the corporate parent for not producing enough return on investment. There is not justification for the prices. An amazing server carried the night. Even so, I will not take my team back to Eddie Merlot's.

Just not a super high quality steak like those at Capital Grille, Jeff Rubys, or Tony's. The quality of the cut of the meat is low. 2.5-3 inch thick wide cuts at other steakhouses is met with a 1 inch thick cut at Eddie's.

We had a wonderful 1 year Wedding Anniversary celebration! The cuisine was AMAZING and the ambiance was spot on! We will definitely be returning ♥️

Unfortunately, this will be our last time dining here. Had issues that we expressed and the response wasn’t exactly what it should have been for the hundreds we spent. Service was extremely slow for a 3/4 empty restaurant. Not sure what has happened at this location, but very disappointing.

My wife and I had a late lunch. The service was leisurely, almost slow - but we did not mind though it did seem at times that we were forgotten. The bisque was amazing and we highly recommend it. However, the steaks were not so good. They were cooked properly (medium rare), but there was a lot of gristle and fat. Also, the char on the steaks was really too much. You tasted more char than meat in several bites.
