Unfortunately, this will be our last time dining here. Had issues that we expressed and the response wasn’t exactly what it should have been for the hundreds we spent. Service was extremely slow for a 3/4 empty restaurant. Not sure what has happened at this location, but very disappointing.

My wife and I had a late lunch. The service was leisurely, almost slow - but we did not mind though it did seem at times that we were forgotten. The bisque was amazing and we highly recommend it. However, the steaks were not so good. They were cooked properly (medium rare), but there was a lot of gristle and fat. Also, the char on the steaks was really too much. You tasted more char than meat in several bites.

We ordered lunch off of the pre-fixe menu (salmon and chicken). Both meals were very delicious. The cost is a fixed $28 for a soup/salad, entree and side which is a good deal. Our food took a bit longer than it should so then sent us home with a slab of their carrot cake. The crab/corn bisque is the best that I've ever had and the carrot cake is at the top of our list as well.

Met the manager Joe (Joseph) and signed up for the VIP membership. Our waiter Donnie was superb and had spot on recommendations.

Quick service. Attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The steaks just didn’t have much flavor. Was disappointed in that. Not sure I would get steak the next time I go.
