Pleasant, upscale environment which allows for smart casual (which is nice and beats other local competitors in my book). Steak was well cooked and to the correct temp, but was a little short on salt (possible personal taste but there was too little seasoning for me). Plate was also cold, which in a (relatively) cool environment means the food cools excessively quickly when served. The side dish was served warm, which was good. Staff were fantastic, friendly, and professional. #Arnold

From beginning to end, our first time at EM was amazing. The staff is fantastic, the food is mouthwatering, and the drinks are tasty. We celebrated our 12 year wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been happier with how the evening went.

Our server, Sonny was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a quiet table allowing for great conversation. My chicken entree was delicious although my husband thought his NY strip was thin. Bananas Foster dessert is a must have and is prepared table side. We will definitely return and highly recommend

The Tuna was cooked perfectly as well as the accompanying rice. My friend and colleague Dr Jimenez, had the steak and he loved it. We definitely had a remarkable dinner at Eddie’s Merlot Prime Aged Beef and Seafood. We will definitely go back when in Boston.

Excellent Easter Brunch Buffet! This was our first time eating at Eddie Merlot’s and I have to say it was the best Easter Brunch we’ve ever had. Great variety and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back next year!

I had come here several time before and I had never experienced this horrible dinner celebration ever ( I spoke about this restaurant so good to my friend and we decided to come and celebrate my nephew birthday and I was so embarrassed since we seat till we leave horrible horrible night, drinks took 20-30 minutes to come and the restaurant was empty, staked came all under cooked, salmon didn’t had no flavor, I was surprise not sure if the management of this place change but for sure you need a new manger here, I don’t think I will will it an other try

My husband and I had a great experience! The service was excellent and the food as well. The value for the quality of food was unbeatable. Well worth the money. Definitely looking forward to going back to Eddie Merlot’s!

The ambience was great, location is ideal. We had a couple hiccups, but we’ll be back. Flavio has been great to work with resolving any hiccups we had, and has made us feel like our feedback matters. Looking forward to a second visit.

It was an interesting evening. The seafood we had was great but the filets were cooked incorrectly. The martinis were subpar but the dessert was amazing. As someone who eats at high end steakhouses often, this was not it.

We sat at the bar and got great service. food was served very professionally with good questions and suggestions. Service significantly enhanced our meal. Filet was outstanding and perfectly cooked and there attention to our tastes and effort at accommodation. Overall a great meal. thanks.

… perfect late night meal! I sat at the bar, and I had a salad and the oyster rocker fella. Both were delicious!!! The oysters were perfectly seasoned/prepared and delivered hot and fresh. The salad was chilled, fresh and crispy. I also had the Blueberry Mojito… it was perfect, not too sweet, with just the right amount of alcohol (… not stingy). The bartender (Davion???) was friendly, pleasant and professional! Again, my drink was perfectly prepared, and my order (w/several special requests) was delivered exactly as ordered! I am a diner with high expectations when spending my hard-earned dollars… Eddie Merlot’s exceeded my high standards, and I WILL return whenever in Boston!

It took almost 2 hours for our main course to come out when the restaurant was almost empty. They also started clearing our food before we were even finished eating.

Service was good, drinks were delicious, but asked for medium well steak, and it was overcooked, plus was given the 16 oz steak when I ordered the 12 Oz. Otherwise, I will go back again.

Chose this restaurant after looking at the menus for several steakhouses in town specifically for the ribeye. Ordered a ribeye medium and it came well. Second time it came it was half fat. Actually had to cut around in it to find meat pieces vs fat. Would have sent it back again but at that point we were the last diners in the restaurant and the rest of the party was completely done eating before that 2nd ribeye had come out. The rest of the food was excellent, but the poor quality ribeye at a steakhouse was a big disappointment.

In short, the back room where we sat was freezing. It also took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and our main course all at once, it took an hour and 45 minutes for our main course to arrive and both steaks were the wrong cuts. My gf ordered an 8oz filet mignon and got a 16oz strip, I ordered a 22oz bone in ribeye and got the 16oz boneless. After the food arrived usually the server comes over and asks how everything is, we couldn’t even tell them that it was wrong because they didn’t come over for about 25 mins after we got it. We did end up telling them and got the steaks removed from the bill but overall not a good V day dinner.

Unfortunately, our recent dining experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. The service was not good, with our server who seemed disinterested in our needs and no where to be seen most of the time. To make matters worse, the steaks we ordered were cooked incorrectly, completely missing the mark. Considering the high prices, the overall quality of the dining experience was far below the standard set by other establishments in the area. A disappointing and regrettable choice for a meal.

lobster was awful. dried out and horribly tough. had to ask for drawn butter… ate half and then was just done. shouldve sent it back but didnt as i didnt want to embarrass everyone at the table. my daughter said her steak was very tender but needed a lot of seasoning. The staff was great we were just completely disappointed by the food!

Zach was an excellent server! Food was fantastic! Had the salmon and it was prepared perfectly. The peanut butter cup dessert was out of this world!

Had reserved my valentines day dinner, and was very disappointed. We had reserved for 6:45, and did arrive a little bit late but had put in our orders fairly quick. Our server Ben was great and helpful, despite being new. We were a bit upset at the fact that our food took 2 hours to come out, with my girlfriends food cooked unevenly and the rest of the sides were stone cold. My steak was fine, but the demi glace was extremely salty and onions were cold. The lobster mac cheese was also extremely cold, and the lobster tasted very strange. We saw table after table sit down after us and get there food before us. Even after this I felt like we had been robbed as my steak had not been comp'd and the bill was not reflective of our experience. Also the extra time spent waiting around made the parking more expensive and ruined our plans for later that night as we were there for around 3 hours.
