Food was great the service was great but there were small flies all over the restaurant and around our food. The waiter said he thinks they’re from the plants but we’ve been to hundreds of restaurants in the Henderson/LV area and there were ZERO flies.

Unfortunately, they have a huge fruit fly problem and it needs to be corrected. Instead of enjoying our meals, we were flies away. I felt like we were eating outside at a picnic.

I had seen good reviews for Echo & Rig so I thought I would give it a try. We were NOT disappointed! Everything about this experience was excellent. Atmosphere, service, food, value was outstanding!

Food was great! Our server, Juan, was great. The Manager on duty was a disappointment. She ignored us standing in front of her for 15 minutes. We finally took a seat at the bar and ordered some water. Only when our third person arrived did she hustle to assist us, saying I know your reservation is for 4:00 p.m. do you want a table now? Problem I have with this is a black woman ignores two white women standing in front of her but the minute a black man joins the party she is all over it with kindness.

A completely wonderful meal for Mother's Day yesterday. The reason I checked outstanding for the noise level was that we requested and were seated outside and that made all the difference. Austin dropped by our table and introduced himself and we were able to chat for a bit. A very pleasant young man. The food was truly marvelous. Had the smoked salmon and bagel and crab cake and my son opted for the smoked salmon Benedict. A lovely bottle of champagne completed the brunch. We are long time locals and this is our favorite place to go. See you again soon, hopefully. Best to you, Joan Harper

Celebrated Mother’s Day at Echo, which, unfortunately, did not meet our overall expectations. We got off to a bad start when the server indicated the they ran out of ice buckets for champagne bottle (for mimosas). If we were inside, that wouldn’t be problematic; however, outdoor guests should be prioritized on this, and we were outside in 80 degree weather and rising. Our reservation was at 10:00, so how they ran out that quickly was shocking. That has never occurred at the Sumnerlin location. Anyway, our server completely disregarded my comment stating as much. Not even an apology. He did not conduct himself with the temperament Echo staff typically presents with, but the good news is later on, when a manager made rounds checking in with guests, we expressed the same concern. Miraculously, an ice bucket appeared. The server’s assistant was excellent. He was attentive, polite, and professional. The food was ok. The grilled bacon and bbq sauce small plate was excellent, but the potato pancakes were soggy and much more like hash browns that potato pancakes. Both dishes we have eaten many times previously. The main courses were also inconsistent. The French toast was tasty and warm, but the waffle was room temp. The steakhouse scramble was lacking on the steak and also was not served at a reasonable temperature. My husband is not as particular about hot foods needing to be hot, but even he said he had to power through it to finish. (We aren’t send food back unless something is horrific.) Overall, it feels like this location is slipping. We will give it more time before returning again given the other excellent options in town.

The bus guy Zack and the gentleman that brought out the food were phenomenal! Server could have been a bit more hospitable and genuine! Asked how everything was and walked away while I was answering. Food was amazing!

The service is top notch! Constant water fills and checking in on your party. The food is amazing, great steaks at good value, the sides are amazing and the cocktails are top notch! It’s noisy so if you’re trying to have a cozy dinner it’s not going to happen but aside of that it’s an amazing place!! A top family favorite for sure! Henderson location is also great!!

First time there, and got sat very quickly. The establishment is very warm (heard a couple of people complain about that). There was also a couple of fruit flies. Food took like 30 mins. Overall the server, Juan was great and made great recommendations. He’s very knowledgeable in the cuts of steak. The food was very good and great quality. I would recommend.

Service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and our drinks were always full. The only drawbacks were there were gnats flying around our table (mind you, this was indoor seating), the grill master couldn't get the steak temperatures correct (all 3 steaks were more raw than medium, they threw them back on the grill and went over the temp we requested when they returned the steaks to us), the meat was tough and knives dull, and food was a tad bit salty.

We love this restaurant, but we’re disappointed that there was such a long wait to dine outdoors. The restaurant was very noisy. Otherwise we had a great experience. The sourdough bread was delicious. Our steaks were yummy and the service was exceptional.

Wonderful service all around from everyone on the staff. The small plates asparagus, burrata, broccolini were all delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and dessert soufflé was a must. This will be one of our go to for the excellent experience

This was our second time dining here - our first visit was a party of 6 back in November - we had service issues due to another large booking that night (service was exceptionally slow) but the food was delicious and the manager took great care of our table so we wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately our second visit wasn’t really anything special. Service was great but the food just didn’t live up to our expectations. My husband’s fries were extremely undercooked. I ordered the shrimp & artichokes. The menu description just listed shrimp, artichokes and a lemon caper sauce so I was a bit surprised that everything on my plate was battered & fried. I suppose I could have asked how the shrimp was prepared but I would think that would be listed in the description. It’s also incredibly loud but we knew that after the last visit.

Echo & Rig is one of our favorite restaurants. We took a friend to celebrate her birthday and it was incredible! Everything was perfect from the service to the food. Our friend was so impressed she started making plans to return in a few weeks.

My boyfriend and I went to Echo and Rig for our Anniversary! They treated us like we were the only ones there. Made us feel so special. Will definitely recommend to friends and go back for dinner soon.. Thank you for great service and also our complimentary dessert for our special day..

We had a great time celebrating a friends Birthday. We were a party of two and receded in one of those Bench seats. About 9 PM while you were still enjoying our glass of wine One of the managers approached us and offered my friend who celebrating her birthday a drink at the bar if we would leave and sit at the bar before we finished our dinner so they could accommodate a Bigger Party. We didn’t take the Offer as we were Almost on our way out. However, I found that request from management as an extremely nonprofessional and non-appreciative approach Towards us. The food was great. I immediately cancel my Family reservation there at the Echo & Rig at Henderson For Mother’s Day.

Loved it! Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Fried Olives, Fried Spinach Salad, & Ribeye Cap - FANTASTIC! Service was Spectacular- Juan was Great and Alex the Manager visited every table that we could see more than twice! We were VERY Impressed and will be back again soon!

My recent visit to Echo & Rig, Henderson was unfortunately disappointing. My partner and I made a reservation here for our anniversary and unfortunately we regret coming to this establishment. The service was very poor; it was slow and unattentive, making the overall dining experience frustrating. We asked our waiter what beverages and food items/steaks he recommended and what the restaurant was known for (as this was our first time), and all his response was the blanket "we are good at everything here, everything tastes delicious, you cannot go wrong with any selection." Help us out here just a little bit, friend. We are asking for your honest opinion and not a blanket marketing scam statement. As for the food, we found it to be mediocre. The steak (I ordered the ribeye Creekstone), which should be the highlight at a steakhouse, was not up to the mark and lacked the flavor I expected. I think the ratio of my steak was 60% fat, 40% meat. Felt like I wasted almost $50 just eating fat and not meat. My partner ordered the NY Strip Cape Grim cooked Medium Rare, but came out rare. And we had to wait 30-40 minutes to wave down the manager to help service us. We also ordered the Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini, which we thought was just mediocre. The total bill came out to almost $150 for a party of two (two steaks, two drinks, and two appetizers). The only minor highlight of this experience was the beverages, I ordered the Cable Car (Spiced Rum cocktail) and my partner ordered a Merlot by the glass and both drinks were excellent. The ambiance was more of a casual steakhouse with good lighting and # of tables. No strict dress code for a steakhouse as most of the guests were in t-shirts, jeans, and jerseys. Considering the combination of lackluster service and average food, I don't foresee myself returning to this establishment anytime soon.

We met Alex for the first time, he is so friendly and accommodating. Juan was terrific as usual. We went at 4pm for a late lunch. We both had the hamburger, it was done just as we wanted it(medium rare). We love this restaurant. We made a reservation for Mother’s Day for dinner weeks ago.

I’ve had dinner at Echo & Rig numerous times and it is always a positive experience. I held a lunch meeting there today with a client and associate and it was the perfect place. The staff was incredibly accommodating as we had our meeting and when it was time, I waved over our excellent server, and placed our orders. As usual, the food was fantastic. My steak was out of this world. The salad was incredibly fresh and the mushroom soup was superb. The food being as good as it was kept my client in a very upbeat mood. As a very nice surprise from the kitchen, they served us their chocolate soufflé. Amazing. Also Scheff Sam Marvin stopped by the table to say hi. When you dine at Echo and Raque, they truly make you feel like you are guest.

Wait staff was great and attentive. Manager was engaging and friendly. Mushroom soup , salad and Brussels sprouts were good. However, Filet Mignon was way over seasoned and salty. Thought it was mesquite but could tell it was salt after having several bites. Should have sent back. Left about half of this steak uneaten. Wife had Spencer which had a lot of tendons and was rare rather than medium rare as requested . She also left half of steak uneaten. We had Rocky Road sundae and Dry Martinis which were good. Waitress comped sundae due to my experience with Filet. As we were finishing up, my wife also saw one of cooks blow his nose on napkin in kitchen but did not wash his hands. We brought this to managers attention . Had been here a few times before as well as Summerlin location and had a good food experience. Probably won’t go back for a while due to steak experience but especially due to potential hygiene issue.

It appears that they’re struggling with communication among the staff. Don’t bother to ask for any changes to any of the menu items. Asking for a side of dipping sauce put them into a tail spin and then they wanted an extra $12.00 for it! Won’t go back!
