The one element that’s really lacking to me is that the dining ambiance looks cheap and unfinished. The bar top is made with the lowest grade most inexpensive material and it follows into the dining room tables. It resembles the countertop sink at a gas station, hard black linoleum. Shelves of emptiness behind the bar make it look closed. The lighting is not inviting and way too bright. Hard floors and not upholstery make for a loud dining experience. Not an elegant, luxurious or visually appealing room. The open kitchen is the best looking part of the restaurant. Bartenders are not very classy, F bombs heard and used towards guests and other team members. Tasteless and amateur service, they all need hospitality training as it happened several times right in front of the managers. Hosts were great and very welcoming, server was knowledgeable and helpful. Food was good, steaks on point, love octopus but the presentation was bad. Just tossed in a small bowl. Potatoes were delicious and the asparagus with the egg and prosciutto were interesting and good. The bourbon caramel and crème anglaise on the apple dessert was good but we kind of laughed at the retro dragged line to make hearts plating. That’s from 20 years ago, need some new and better plating for the great food you’re sending out. Fix the front door too. This could be a real nice place just needs attention to detail and spend some money on the decor. It looks stark and cheap not modern and sleek.

We arrived a few minutes before our reservation for brunch and were told we would be seated close to our reservation There were many empty tables so we assessed they were pacing for the wait staff The modern decor is very nice but it is very noisy Also room temperature was chilly ( we all wore long sleeves) The menu was diverse mix of breakfast items plus salads appetizer and sandwiches All of us were pleased with our meal selections The service was very good , prices reasonable and the food was delicious We will be returning and recommending to friends and family

We had the best time! Delicious food and wine! Pork belly bites are a must try.

Echo and rig will be someplace we visit more frequently. The service was very personable from the host to the busser and everyone in between . Manager even stopped by to greet us and as k how things were . You don’t get service like this anywhere . The food preparation was absolutely perfect steaks were cooked to perfection sides were so delicious . Hands down my all time favorite steak restaurant ever .

Everything was great! Came for a business meeting and the service, offerings, ambience and everything else was as expected. I’ll be back for a personal visit next time.

What an exceptional restaurant. Everything about the place is wonderful. The food service value ambience all terrific. The restaurant in Summerlin is beautiful. However, the Henderson location is great.
