Truly amazing. Our waiter knocked it out the park and did so well with handling all of our requests, especially the lemonade. 😂 I’ll be back and I can’t wait!

We went to Ecco to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make our visit a memorable event...with a small vase of flowers, candles, cookies on our table upon our arrival as well as personalized menus and complimentary sparkling wine to start off our dinner. Service was very attentive and personable. We ordered couple of starters - Focaccia and pork belly...both were delicious. For entree, we ordered the pork chop (flavorful but kind of overcooked/dry) and the duck breast (nice flavor but portion was quite small for entree). We also had royal trumpet mushrooms and it was on the salty side. We both enjoyed our dessert...profiterole...it was delightful! All in all, the food was good but not great. We will probably return because of the wonderful service...hopefully, we will see new and additional items on their menu.

8 family members gathered at Ecco Buckhead for our father's 98th birthday. Using Open Table, we noted the birthday occasion but assumed that might mean a candle in a dessert. We arrived to an extremely personal table setting for our Dad - a birthday card signed by staff, a copy of the front page of the Atlanta Journal from our Dad's birthday held in a frame, and menus printed with the heading, "Happy 98th Birthday!" Trey was our server and met that wonderful (but rare) standard of effortless hospitality. He was genuine, kind, helpful but not intrusive. We'd only been to Ecco Buckhead once, just after they'd opened, so didn't have a clear recollection of the food. As we worked through various tapas, you could see everyone reacting - this is really good! My Dad sent an email this morning: "Many thanks to each of you for a very enjoyable evening and dinner..I really enjoyed the food and especially each of you." Many thanks to the entire Ecco team. The noise level rose for a while but nothing serious...that was my only ding on the ambiance rating. Thanks again!

It was a wonderful birthday dinner. They went over and above. Trey, our waiter was wonderful and the food was delicious!

Ambience and service were top notch. Cuisine was totally inappropriate for the level/quality expected. Food was overcooked (pork chops where totally dry and stiff- we ordered it medium well) and very over greased /oily (patatas bravas where drowned in fried oil). It is a pity that good is not up to the level of the ambience which is very nice.

Server could not properly describe the menu items which caused me to get something I did not like. Server described a crab cake style dish when in fact it was very little crab mixed with pasta. Not good at all especially when I was expecting something totally different from his description. Language barrier. Further, it was Mothers Day and the two mothers at the table were served both drinks and their main dish last - after everyone else at the table. Was a fixed menu that was not good. Food was average at best and was horrifically overpriced. Complete price gouging due to Mothers Day.

The ambiance was better than the food, but this isn’t a review where bashing the restaurant. Our drinks were delicious, but the food was underwhelming. We order pork belly and it came out warm/ room temperature both times (unpleasant) and the beets were also underwhelming. I ordered the steak with frites, while it was a large portion, the steak wasn’t tender. My mother ordered the fish special and loved it, my mother in-law had chicken and my wife had pasta - they both felt that they were ‘ok’ dishes but not worth the price. Again, we enjoyed the experience as a whole, the ambiance and drinks were what I’d go back for.
