Not impressed. Shortly after we ordered we asked our server to change our pancake to GF and she said it was too late. We didn’t get our food for another 23 minutes, so not sure why it was too late.

We had to wait over an hour for our food… some people walked out without getting their food … don’t blame them. Waitress told us there was a party of twenty b4 us … regardless we shouldn’t have had to wait that long

We love coming here but we have infant and all of their high chairs are broken, so we spend most of your breakfast making sure she doesn’t slide through the high chair. We tried bringing in her stroller so she has a safe place to sit but the staff makes us feel bad for taking up space. Last time we brought the stroller they sat us in a corner which was perfect but then the very next table they sat the other guests right next to us and told us they could move our stroller to the front. Mind you, the restaurant was empty so they could’ve sat them anywhere. No real win win for people with kids so I think we will probably stop going.

This was our first time here. The food and service were very good. However, the volume of that place was as loud as any sporting event. Couldn’t wait to finish and get out of there. It is not a place for a nice Sunday brunch if you’re looking forward to visiting unless you talk loud and hear well😲

I’ve been here before and had great food. This time the eggs Benedict were really overcooked and the potatoes tasted funky. If it weren’t so busy I’d have sent my food back.

Very crowded inside, the chairs weren’t able to be pulled out enough to be able to take a seat. The food took quite some time to get to the table, when it finally did, it was so bland. No flavor , ended up drenching my dish in salsa to try to enjoy it. The bar could use help. The drinks did not look nor taste appetizing, lack of mixing and quite inconsistent. Not sure I’d return

The service was poor, food arrived late and barely warm. Coffee not refilled. High open ceiling makes for very high noise level, don't know why restaurants have these kind of dining areas. Food was good, not excellent.

I hate to I leave a negative review but the food was not good, bread was like spongy foam, cinnamon roll had a liquid frosting, had browns weren’t cooked through…Food was over priced… the restaurant was extremely noisy…The only redeeming feature was the wait service, which was very good…

Excellent dishes and drinks. Had a huckleberry Monte Cristo and ate every sliver of it. Will definitely be going back again, this place is a new favorite.

The food here is VERY good & generous portions. Service is good too. But tables are small for tall people unless you can get the longer ones. We still enjoy going though. Somewhat noisy.

Have been to Eat multiple times, the food is always great! Noise level makes it hard to hear conversations but that doesn't distract us from going, just a heads up if you have anyone hard of hearing in your party, this is a challenge.

Fun visit and breakfast. Would recommend some sound boards or foam under your chairs to absorb sound.

My Harvest Benedict was delicious and the serving was generous. Now, if I could just get take-home packaging that was compostable or recyclable!

I had a reservation for a party of 12 with my family who was from out of town and the seating was terrible. The sun was directly in our face blinding us and there was zero accommodation to change seating and or have a shade up. Food was decent and service was good. They need to put a shade up to block direct sunlight in face and eyes or offer better seating accommodations

The food is great, service was alright, nothing bad, but not spectacular. I was charged $8 for a cup of coffee and a refill, so... that seems excessive I think. I'll go back but am not paying $4 for a cup of mediocre coffee in a small mug.

We have been going to Eat for years. If we are going to breakfast/brunch somewhere this is always at the top of the list! The food is amazing and bottomless mimosas are always a good thing! Eat is not a secret though and does get busy so plan ahead! We always put our name in online so our wait is usually pretty short but we have waited an hour for a table before when not putting our name in on line (granted there are normally 7-12 in our party so it takes a little longer). All in all, Eat is a great spot for yummy food and generally great service!

Cold food was served. When I told the server, nothing was done to rectify. When I asked for a Togo box, I was given a plate of cold food and a separate box. It wasn’t a great experience.

Waiter told us that we needed to order by 2 before the kitchen closed. Then never came to get our order. The kitchen closed and we got our bill.

Lovely and attentive service. Delicious food. Definitely a go-to spot. Portions are huge so plenty to have for leftovers- great value.

I have been wanting to come here for awhile now just for the coffee flight. It did take awhile for us to get our drinks, but it was exceptionally busy. The coffee flight was alright, the pumpkin horchata was delicious! The other 3 lacked flavor, but the coffee itself was good. The noise level was crazy. It was so loud in the restaurant from others conversations that I was yelling at the people across from me just to be able to have a conversation. That part was a little disappointing, but the food and service definitely made up for it! It was not very expensive and you got decent sized portions that were really good! I'll be back for sure!

Paid full value at a non-profit fund raiser event for a $400 Brunch for Four gift certificate. Upon showing it to the waiter, was told she thinks it might be a scam but she was new and would have the manager come explain. She came back and said the manager told her it was a scam. Wanted to hear more so we asked for the manager to actually come over. She explained that a former manager issued the certificate but wasn't authorized by the owner and that we could go back to the charity for a refund. Okay, perhaps that was all true, but it was still issued by their employee and she had no remorse and offered nothing as a consolation like a free app or desert, though we didn't ask for that either. We've supported the non-profit (support of foster kids aging out of the system) and will warn them of the situation with this restaurant but wouldn't even consider having them refund our gift to them. Poor handling by the restaurant owner and management. We are still supporters of the non-profit but sadly will no longer support EAT!

We do not like to sit inside, it is so noisy, everyone is shouting to be heard. I dine there a lot during the mild temps, so we can sit outside.

The food was gross. I don't know how you can possibly ruin Huevos Rancheros but they did. My beans were cold and dry and looked like they'd been taken out of the can, left out for a bit and then plopped on my plate. My family's food had no flavor and the eggs were too undercooked. It took a long time to get the food. I sent mine back and didn't order anything else because it was clear I wasn't going to get anything good. It is rare for me to go out of my way to write a review, but this was so disappointing, I had to.

Large and varied menu with so many gluten free options. The drinks are tasty and the service was wonderful! My new favorite place!

The food and service were excellent, but I'm glad I read the review about the noise level inside and reserved a spot on the patio. I would never go back if I was looking for conversation with my meal and had to sit inside.

I won't be back. The food was good but it was too loud. You had to shout to speak to anyone including your server. Awful!
