Nice selection of different food and all if it was delicious. Great service and nice ambience. Some TVs for spirts fans as well.

We had patio seating to meet up with my long term friend from overseas. We enjoyed the ambience and the service had been attentive.

Watched the Canucks game 3, service was excellent, probably not the best choice to watch the game though. Limited TV's and bad sound, that said still an enjoyable evening. Unfortunately the Earl's team can not seem to be consistent with their Santa Fe chicken salad. One time great, the next barely edible. I too bad because when it's good, it's a relatively healthy, tasty meal. The half price wine brings the value way up, some good selection and a bargain at 50%.

Went to Earls for drinks and dinner before the Pearl Jam concert. The service was great as soon as we were seated by Mill (manager) and our server Khari. I will definitely come back when in downtown for events.

In our group we had a vegan, a lactose-intolerant, and a meat-eater. All found something on the menu! The food was tasty and enjoyed by all.

It was my birthday and I invited 3 of my friends to celebrate. It was nice to see that they had pretty flowers and a birthday card handwritten for me. The food and drinks were good. Server was super friendly and nice.

Loved the street corn tortillas as the appetizer! They were fresh and delicious. The portion for my truffle parmesan chicken was generous and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Quite enjoyed the creaminess of the mushroom risotto that accompanied it! Was too full to finish it all! Appreciated the server's suggestion of the Earl Grey Gin and Tonic which was refreshing and different!

The host staff was great but service was not great at all. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been here a few times during my time in Vancouver and the wait staff is always on par. However this particular evening, I waited over 10min for water and my drink order. Water actually arrived well after I had my drink. My server did not seem attentive, I had to go to the host stand to ask for my check when I was finished. The service should be better especially since it was a Tuesday night.

If you’re looking for a dog friendly patio, this one is hard to beat! Dogs are welcome at your table and the server brought us a bowl of water right away without us even having to ask. Great happy hour specials!

My friend and I had a fantastic time. Our server, Lucy, gave us the ultimate service. She was so knowledgeable about the menu and gave us good recos. She also gave us a lot of privacy so we could catch up and enjoy our time together. Lucy checked on us whenever you knew we may needed something. Excellent service and the food and drinks were delicious.

So happy we can have our two well behaved dogs on the patio. It is so appreciated. We live a block away so we will be coming back often! Food was so tasty, fresh and portions were perfect. The cold brew iced coffee was great too!

Despite making a reservation, we still had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, which ultimately made us late for our after-dinner plans. Our server was lovely! One dinner was pretty good, the other was mediocre at best. Overall a bit disappointing and definitely over-priced.

Even though it was a game night, the staff were all very friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. Since the room was full, the noise level was very high and carrying on a conversation with my friend was a challenge. I'll make sure to avoid game nights and weekends in future. Food was quite tasty and well prepared - better than I expected from this chain.

There was no chorizo that I could find in the Chorizo Hash. I mentioned this to the waiter but apparently that's the way it is. She said it's "blended" into the hash? I've had this dish at many other restaurants over the years, but never seen anything like this. If this was not a mistake (I thought perhaps there was an error in the kitchen?) then sadly it's the worst Chorizo hash I have had to date. Am hoping it was an error of some type as I like Earl's, and in fact am back there tomorrow for a dinner. Cheers and hope this helps, Adam

My friend and I shared an order of French fries - yum! - and we each had the Sante Fe chicken salad. It was an enormous salad and I couldn't finish mine. I found it a little thin on the dressing but otherwise it was very good.

The food (prawn omelet) was bit salty. Overall, my experience was good.

Spinach dip was excellent and Cajun chicken was tasty but messy- fries were luke warm. Server was fantastic and very friendly.looking forward to next visit

Amanda our server on Saturday February 24th was amazingly kind, funny, and lovely. She made our stay so memorable. She made us feel so welcome and was so down to earth. We will be back.

I made a reservation and was directed toward an outdoor seat. Not good. There were plenty of inside seats and I was not sure why I was being seated outside. I had to ask a second time for an indoor seat.

Earls has always been a good choice for a reliable and consistent midmarket meal. I had not visited a location in about 18 months. We were three, two of us shared the seafood platter, which was very well done, fresh and tasty, and one steak, which was perfectly medium rare and tender. We ordered a carafe of Barbera, which was served at the correct temperature. I was impressed overall and would return to this location and any other if the quality is consistent across locations.
