My friends and i are visiting from burnaby and always know earls is out go to. (We also worked at earls brentwood) The gem was super lovely(forgot her name) and supported our server who was very busy at our time of arrival. She started us with drinks and came by every now and then just to chat which felt like seeing an old friend! I’ll always recommend earls when people tell me they’re going to whistler !!

The music was loud when we arrived which was ok but then the hockey was on we were shouting across our table the server couldn't hear us and was having to about too! He asked to turn it down and management said no!

Caitlin was our server from Dublin. Boyfriends parents are here visiting and took them to Earls. Very happy with the food and service. Would recommend!

One of the servers dropped a tray of glasses at the main entrance. It was a mess. He used a wisk broom that was very much in need of replacement. It simply wasn’t doing the job and took quite some time to clean up the glass. Suggest you have a new broom on hand for future accidents. Shards of glass need to be completely cleaned up.

I visited Earls Whistler last night and had the pleasure of being served by Kai! He was so fun, and energetic and made the experience so memorable. I had the Crab cakes for dinner and the were full of flavour and delicious. Would highly recommend Earls Whistler. I will be back !

We went there for Mom’s birthday. I ordered the 3 courses set menu and asked the waitress to bring my appetizer and entree at the same time as everyone else’s entree but she brought my small appetizer with everyone’s entree and when I asked why not all at the same time as I asked she set if it’s set menu I have wait my entree . So I waited 10 minutes or so after finishing my appetizer to get my entree while everyone else almost finished their food. And also as long as I remember they always bring a little desert if it’s your birthday so when we were ordering desert she never mentioned that there will be free birthday desert so we all ordered desert thinking there won’t be any BD desert for mom and after few minutes she brought a little desert for mom and we were so surprised because she didn’t say anything when we were ordering and when asked if we can cancel one of the desert she said it was too late and that was just a nice gesture for BD and she can take it back . So I just said forget it that’s fine . She left and then came back saying she canceled one the deserts after making a big deal about it. Anyway overall I think the waitress wasn’t really clear about the timing of serving the food and then the desert situation.

I am visiting Whistler with my daughter and her friends. The first day that we arrived was actually my daughter's birthday. So I was looking for a place for my daughter and her friends to have dinner together and celebrate her birthday. Luckily I found Earls. It has a big back room which was perfect for the party. There were a total of 17 people in my daughter's birthday dinner/party. It was great. They all liked the food and the settings. There is even a big screen for them to be able to watch Canucks game. The lady in the restaurant was helping me set up the cake etc. It was all great experiences.

Our server was good but didn’t actually start until our reservation time. As such, we sat unattended for 20 minutes before anyone checked on us. Enjoyed her once engaged.

Food was so amazing. Had the lettuce wraps which was amazing. Had the chicken and bbq combo and everything was amazing. Went to the Keg the night before and Earls was levels above the Keg.

Another lovely evening at Earls in Whistler! We took some friends for dinner and picked the Steak Frites, Santa Fe Chicken Salad , Chicken Penne Alfredo and a Burger. Food was excellent and the service outstanding! Caitlin, our server made us feel very welcome and looked after us really well. A big thank you for the complimentary desert, such a lovely touch. We will definitely be back!!!!

Love Earl’s. Consistent and good. Only thing is when it’s busy to try to stick with the table type asked for. We were happy to wait for the high top but originally got sat in the back at a booth. Goes from lively to old age home and key that is followed if an option

Had dinner with Wife and Son recently, overall great experience from booking to the professional young man on reception at the main entrance and the young ladies who took us to our table, service was prompt and friendly meals were delicious, my wife had steak , son had tortellini pasta with truffle sauce with a small sliced steak ontop - I had salmon fillet - desserts were great too we all very much enjoyed our food - reasonably priced and lovely restaurant not overcrowded and noisy - would definitely recommend- thanks Earls

We came here based off a recommendation from a local and left a bit disappointed. The food was pretty fresh. It was fairly empty when we dined at lunch, yet the food took a while to come out. The chicken portions were a very disappointing size in both the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken club. The grilled chicken sandwich was sitting in a pool of chicken juice/oil when the plate was set down at our table. The burger was just a burger. It was brought to our table with yam fries, which was an additional charge and we didn’t order it. When we informed the food runner it was incorrect, he just stared at us for a moment… then turned around and took the plate back to the kitchen. No apology, no words at all. Very odd. We were then charged for the yam fries, so the server had put the order in wrong and then when she brought the correct plate, she didn’t apologize nor did she remember to check the bill to remove the additional charge at the end. As for the burger itself, it seemed like it wasn’t a freshly made patty. It wasn’t bad, it was just a burger. Very unremarkable. Everyone working just didn’t seem like they cared about customer service. Overall, I think there just needs to be better quality control and staff needs to be retrained on customer service basics. Maybe they just have the B-team working at lunch? Regardless, there should be SOMEONE on site who can provide guidance and oversee quality / service. Maybe we were wrong for expecting it, but we noted that there was a birthday in the group and they greeted our party with a happy birthday, but there was no type of complimentary dessert. Would return perhaps for dinner - I’m assuming lunch is just when all the young people work because it’s slower.

Was expecting servings a little more generous than I received for the price. Both the clam chowder and the burger were very tasty though. As was the Chapel Hill Shiraz. Going back again so will update after that.

We celebrated our anniversary at Earls and had an outstanding experience overall. They wrote a anniversary card which was on our table and served us complimentary Prosecco. The food was outstanding and our server, Ben, was a true professional and very attentive.
