An excellent spot to watch the playoffs - such a fun atmosphere! We had the new calamari and margs which were out of this world.

Great food and service. Considering it was also Mother’s Day it was easy to get a booking. Prices are certainly getting high but the food and service is still great

The food was basically tasteless, zero seasoning and weirdly garnished with radish slices that felt like they had been left out on a counter for weeks-the texture of rough paper to be exact. Honestly I could have made better chicken at home and it wouldn’t cost me 33$ a plate….not good. I brought home the leftovers for my dogs. Also the bread for our appetizer dip was so incredibly hard it literally tore my mouth up and was burnt in many places. The drink was alright 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very noisy terrible ramp music very loud. Very poor choice for music. Not a very good experience.

My wife & I (60’s) thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Earl’s. Our server Bayleigh was a treat; great service, combined with a good sense of humour. i ordered the 9 oz sirloin, unfortunately I just missed out on the last 9 oz in inventory, so went with the 6 oz. A small hiccup as I ordered it medium rare but it arrived more like rare to blue rare. Notified Bayleigh and she promptly returned it to the grill, came back very quickly just right, medium rare. The manager Reese came over to make sure all was well. Susan had the Cajun salmon which she quite enjoyed. As a bonus, we dined on a Wednesday which is 50% off bottles of wine & $5 off steak night. We very much appreciated being seated in a quiet section as per my Open Table request. We will return upon our next getaway to Victoria.

My wife and I come from Kelowna every year around this time. We visited several restaurants and pubs and earls by far was the best. Amazing customer service and value for happy hour. Keep up the great work

It was requested during for top table and reason for visit is birthday but nobody care about online reservation there and made us sit in middle of the tables where were too much noise . Also we got served food with not the ingredients mentioned in menu and upon asking they said “we ran out of quinoa “ I am not upset that they ran out with quinoa. It could happen in any restaurant but I m mad that they didn’t bother to let me know that and serving me food without main ingredient.

Earls Victoria, STILL the best that Downtown Victoria has to offer. I'm guilty of being a chain restaurant guy, but I also am guilty of expecting customer service, GENUINE customer service, and it's sad that is a dying tradition, but again, Earls Victoria, from management to staff set the gold standard for food, service, ambiance, vibrant atmosphere, and most of all, GENUINE good and caring management and staff. Came in to sit on the patio, looks like there also renovating another patio so it will have even more sunshine seating! Great location for people watching, fast drink’s and delicious food!

Great service, close attention paid to my allergies. Food delicious, but a little pricey. We didnt order the steak for that reason.

We went for lunch and the prices were ridiculous for what we had. We eat out often and are very aware that restaurant prices have gone up but this was ridiculous. An example was the $10 small side of french fries that were not hand cut, we’re not Parmesan fries or anything else plain probably McCains fries. The poke bowl had dry rice, unripe mango, dry cucumbers - one of the worst I have had. It had been a number of years since I had been to Earls but since I had a small gift certificate I took it as an opportunity to give it another try. I would not go back. The only reason did not get one star was because the service from the server was great

Very good service from the moment we walked in the door! Our server went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable for us and our child. They even gave us a complimentary dessert as we were celebrating a special occasion! We will definitely be back!

Overall I normally have great service at earls which is why I decided to plan my friends surprise birthday dinner there. Although specifically stating in my reservation that the majority of our guests would arrive at 8:45 and the birthday girl would arrive with myself at 9:00 for the surprise when we were welcomed at the door the hostess asked if we were with the birthday party somewhat ruining the surprise. Along with that our waitress rarely came to check on us and our drinks were empty for quite some time before asked if we would like another. Despite this we made the most of our evening and the food was great. I love earls for a spur of the moment happy hour or quick bite to eat but I don’t know if I would plan a bigger dinner there again.

Glad we made a reservation as we got the perfect table for us. The folks at Earls took great care of us: found us the perfect steak paired with a 1/2 price bottle of wine. Thanks Earls!

Booked weeks in advance for a low table in back however was given a high table at bar- not impressed with this when walk ins were given better seating

Earls was a great choice for my lunch today! Had the Pulled Chicken Club with their house salad, both were great! I had Courtney as my server, she was welcoming, friendly and attentive.

The server was very friendly and very helpful with the menu for my wife who had some questions. My meal was cooked perfectly. Loved it. Always had a drink , but never felt bothered all the time. Very enjoyable evening.

Has something for everyone and a great atmosphere. Bayliegh and Reese really added to our night! Can’t get enough of the oysters!

food took too long but the spinach dip was delightful. the garlic bread was so small :( and not good
