   Our server Nicholas was incredible, super attentive and extremely personable, i would come back just for his service !! Yuzu calamari & spin dip was to die for .

   Had great honest and dedicated service from Ayman yesterday evening. He made some good meal and wine recommendations. Consistently good food and nice atmosphere. Earls is a staple for us.

   After visiting the Sherway location I was blown away, so much that within the same weekend I decided to try Vaughan. The experience was definitely not the same. Service lacked, food was mediocre, the drinks were not the best. I ordered the truffle fries and they were extremely oily, my partner had the blackened chicken with mashed potatoes which were more like diced potatoes with corn. Half of the drinks we attempted to order were not available because they were out of guava (a few of they’re more popular drinks highlight guava) and they were also out of grenadine which is used for many drinks. I had the chicken fettuccine which was pretty good. But all of the other drinks I ordered lacked flavour…lime margarita was extremely sour killing any taste or tequila, also the lemon drop martini EXTREMELY sour and no flavour. I don’t know if today was an off day or if it was the location but it was a pretty crappy experience especially with the fact that we went for our anniversary.

I do understand the frustration in not being satisfied with the food and drinks that you ordered, and your feedback will be shared with our chefs in house as well as our culinary development team for review. I would like to take the time to apologize as it appears that the menu was not properly highlighted to you, as our Cajun Chicken comes with potato salad (diced potatoes with corn & bacon), not mashed potatoes. While reviewing your bill, I noticed that you were indeed charged the Happy Hour pricing for the cocktails that are on our Happy Hour menu (Old Fashioned and Margaritas).    Manager who mostly served us was amazing…changes to warm potato salad has unfortunately made it really bad. Was a little disappointed with the food as we’ve been coming for a long time and preferred the menu before. We came for the kids birthdays but I guess nothing for those occasions anymore 🤷🏽‍♂️

   Booked a standard seating reservation for 4 people six days in advance. When we got there, they tried sitting us at a high top table that would not fit 4 plates. When I showed them my reservation, they said it “didn’t come through on their end”. We were stuck with a “slightly bigger” high top table, while they denied us 2 open booths for “bigger parties”…only to sit a party of THREE at one of the open booths minutes later. Wonderful. The excuses we got were “I just started working here”, and the location’s “experience manager” gave a sales pitch instead of moving us to an OPEN booth. Terrible customer service, they were unwilling to fix an issue they created.

   My overall experience was good. We initially reserved the dining room, it was a pleasant experience having the team reach out to me to confirm my selection or if I’d like to be relocated to another section. It’s to my understanding that Earls introduced a new happy hour menu, which my party was looking to enjoy as part of our dining experience. We were a little put off when upon our arrival the hostess informed us that the happy hour menu isn’t applicable for the dinning room. They were quick to make alternative arrangements on the patio, which was greatly appreciated, and overall resulted in a positive experience.

   Had dinner with a couple of friends this past Friday evening, our waitress Addy provided amazing service throughout our time dining by constantly checking up on us and providing us with suggestions off the menu that she personally recommended!

    We received excellent service from the greeting at reception to the thank-you at the door as we left. My guests from Europe were very impressed with the service and how well the simple decor worked. While the prices were acceptable, they were high for a shopping mall restaurant. My only disappointment was the steak. If you are going to feature steak on the menu, please use a better cut of meat. It was perfectly cooked, but the meat was tough, as was my guest's. My order was "blackened," and your choice of seasonings was the cheap pre-prepared ones rather than fresh seasonings. The guest who chose the crab cakes, though, was very happy.
