I had dinner with friends for my birthday on Friday May 3. My reservation was for 8 and they had a lovely table set up but unfortunately some of my guests could not make it last minute. The staff was very accommodating with the new number of guests. Our waiter and waitress were amazing. The food was great. I had the new 12oz. steak.

Food and service made for a great evening. I just find eating out, in general not just at Earl’s, pricey nowadays. So the “value” is OK, but everything else was top notch!

Best service we have ever received at any restaurant. We go to earls all the time but this was the best experience ever. The server we had so super nice and polite, food was quick and amazing.

We celebrated our anniversary at Earls Tin Palace and our experience was great. I had made a special request to have two glasses of sparkling wine at our table when we arrived (we found out later that this was complimentary). The staff were very kind and aware that we were celebrating a special occasion. We were also offered a complimentary dessert as well. The service was excellent. Our server, Tay, was able to have the bar staff make a Limoncello Spritz (an item that has been off their menu). Would highly recommend this location as it is very clear that the service staff are highly trained and management takes pride in offering top notch service to their customers.

White chocolate crème Brûlée was absolutely DEVINE, SOOO GOOOOD!! Excellent quality of our entire meal and awesome flavour. Although we were a little early the old Mother in law was very satisfied and could actually hear us during dinner!! Dirty martini was delicious and a great bottle of red wine! Thank Trevor C

One of the better happy hours downtown. The white sangria is very refreshing and the prawn pizza is delicious and really great value for the price! That there’s also a vegan option on the happy hour menu tipped the scales and we will be back!

What a beautiful restaurant! I love the different textures, plants and lighting in the place. All staff were pleasant, social and down to earth. Will definitely be back. If I was forced to critique and provide constructive feedback it would be that the chips provided with the avocado dip mostly had big bubbles in them making them difficult to scoop with and is something I haven’t experienced in other locations. Our pizza also had a big bubble in it which makes for hard unappetizing pizza

Earls is always a favourite and reliable in that you can always count on the food to be great. And the service is also fantastic and we recently had a great server, Bithanaia, who was fabulous, professional, cheery and attentive. One of the best servers we have had.

Our server was terrific! There were 8 of us there for a birthday and she made our birthday girl feel very special! The food was delicious. It cost a little more than we were expecting but would for sure go there again!

Unfortunately the food quality was very bad. The potatoes were drenched in oil, the omelette was very salty and the orange juice was too sweet.

Earls always delivers with a great menu that appeals to a variety of tastes and willingly accommodates restrictions. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, dining room is comfortable with a variety of seating options for any group size.

The waiter messed up our order and changed us extra to correct. In addition charged us extra for a couple of extra option which were not explained before hand. The food was great and overall we had a good time but paying extra for what we did not order was disappointing.

Overall the service & food were excellent! Only reason I am not give it a 5/5 all around is around 8pm or so the temperature really dropped dramatically & we all had to put our puffy jackets over our shoulders to keep from shivering. The waitress got the heat turned back up, but took almost an hour to warm up. Were ready to leave by the time we’d got more comfortable.

This place holds such a special place in my husband and I's heart. We have made it a tradition to come here every year for our anniversary, and try to sit at the table where we had our first date. This year the Earls Tin Palace team surprised us by reserving the table and writing us a special hand written card to acknowledge our anniversary. From the moment you walk into the door, the welcoming and service from everyone there, is incredible. The food...AMAZING! If you are looking for a special spot that checks all of the boxes (i.e. ambience, staff, food) this is the place to be.

My family lunched at Earl’s following the recent passing of our dad, Jerry, who was a regular at the Jasper Ave Earl’s location. We were incredibly touched by the staff’s reaction to our dad’s passing, and their outpouring of support. We were treated so warmly and generously by everyone - it was a lovely tribute to our dad. Food and service also top notch as usual. Thank you!

The staff at the front were friendly and funny. Our waitress was helpful and very nice to converse with. The food was tasty but could have been much hotter. With it being Valentine’s day it was very busy so we understood that it may not have made to the table as fast it usually would. It was a wonderful experience overall and would recommend Earls to anyone.

Steak was overcooked, server offered a new one but I was already halfway and wanted to eat meal with friends. Then manager came over and offered to cook one to go…no thanks. No discount, not even a 5% applied…a bit disappointing tbh because I always have a good experience. Will be back but just one time poor customer experience.

Head office has decided to create a “high energy “ atmosphere by cranking up the music. Staff advises they cannot turn it down. If you plan on having any conversation while eating go elsewhere. My wife and I go to Earl’s every 7 -10 days. Not going back until they turn up the quiet.

The food was amazing and the service was impeccable! This was my first time that Earl's Tin Palace and I was so impressed. I will be coming back and I will be bringing friends and family. Such a beautiful restaurant, wonderful ambience. Not at all noisy, so you could actually have a conversation with the people, person that you are with.

Earl’s is a go-to when we come to Edmonton. This was our first time eating at the restaurant as we usually do take out. The food was awesome as usual but wow, the music was so loud it was difficult to carry on a conversation. The wait staff said it could not be turned down, that corporate had just instituted a policy on the music as they are trying to create an “atmosphere.” On the way out it sounded to me that the lounge was actually quieter. I will never be eating inside at this location again.

Miller is our waitress when go to Earls Tim Palace she is AWESOME! Such. Great hostess and Manager. She remembers our order and details about what me and my partner like and don’t like. She deserves so much success and recognition because you can see she genuinely cares about her customers. Wish her all the best in the new year.

Service was slow. Many servers doing one job so wasn't sure who the true server was. Food was fair. Dyamite rolls changed. Mango shouldn't be in the rolls. The blackened chicken was too blackened as areas were burnt. Would have preferred vegetables as a side. The cabbage slaw didn't work. The fettuccine sauce was bland but the blackened chicken with this was done great. The dessert cheesecake was too plain. We have been here before and the food was great but this night was off unfortunately for the money you are paying
