I got the Cajun oven roasted salmon and my boyfriend got the Cajun blackened chicken and both were fantastic! Our waitress Morningstar was lovely as well.

We usually have a pretty good experience when dining at Earls St Vital. Unfortunately this last visit started off with a mix-up in our reservation & ended up with the food not being very appetizing. The restaurant was also busier than usual so perhaps this affected the quality of the dining experience.

Went on Monday and it was not overall busy; service was great and speed of service was awesome. They even let us sit for a while after paying our bill so that was very much appreciated especially since I was with a friend who I had not seen for a long time.

My family and I were at the St. Vital location yesterday to celebrate my birthday and Mother's Day (4 adults & 2 children). Waitress named Rachel was fantastic! I normally have a chicken and Rib combo at the restaurant if offered (The Keg, MR. MIKES) so thought I'd try Earls Cajun Blackened Chicken + Rib combo. Seriously...was the best tasting combo ever! Their home made coleslaw and potato salad with fall off the bone ribs and chicken was cooked perfectly. Everyone had a really excellent meal.

Amazing lunch at Earl’s St Vital. Seated at a huge booth in the lounge, perfect for my business meeting. Food was delicious, service was excellent! Amanda and Kylie are awesome!!

our server at st vital earls was excellent. she was attentive to our table and checked in when necessary but also didn’t “pester us” for lack of better word. dirty dishes were cleared promptly. overwhelmingly positive experience.

Took 50 mins to get meal from time of ordering. Drinks were ordered with light ice and it was filled to the top with ice, 2 sips and you were done. Total rip off. Orders were mixed up. By far worst experience ever had at this location.

My wife's steak (with sushi) was properly cooked as ordered to med-rare but was very chewy. Sushi was v good! My sirloin with the rice ____ dish was very good but a little salty. Side salad very enjoyable.

Food was exactly what you expect from Earl’s. Our server was excellent, as was the overall service- quick and unobtrusive. Only consideration was the noise level - a bit too high for our liking.

Our table was already ready and waiting for our arrival in the lounge. The team wrote a card for our anniversary. Emma was our server and she was awesome. She was very attentive to not only us but the other tables in her section. The food was amazing. The spinach and three cheese dip is easily our favourite thing on the menu. Overall amazing service and food.

Dinner and our lovely waiter was amazing however myself and my partner did realize when obtaining the bill they gave us two. One from the waiter which whom we paid. then few mins later another lady [I assume their head waiter for that day] came and dropped the bill on us. Which kinda shows miscommunication between staff team. I never had this happen at any other earls location. Made the experience less enjoyable. Just because of this experience I dont think I will be coming back here again.

A lack of Communication from the kitchen to the servers resulted in my husband having to order 3 different dishes. The first 2 items ordered had sold out the server did not know until she put the order into the kitchen on both occasions. My order of Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo had been left too long out of the water and had more oil or butter than cream. I could not finish my dish as the oil or butter at the bottom of the plate was overwhelming. I had the same dish at this restaurant a month ago and it was like I ordered 2 different dishes. The rest of my family enjoyed their food. Our server was very pleasant

I love Earls and frequent Earls 360 Main often, but this was probably the worst service I've received at any restaurant. I'm not sure if they were dealing with a staff shortage but we were not served waters for the first 45 minutes of being seated, it took about 45 minutes just to order our food, and when 2/3 people at our table received their meals, the third person had to wait another 15 minutes for theirs. It was just not a good experience. I tipped the minimum but we debated not tipping at all.

Our waitress was...annoying. As soon as we sat down she came over and asked to help us...we asked for water and a minute to look at the menu. Then she came back again and again asking for our drink orders. I feel like a professional waitress should know that if people are still looking at their menus, it means they are not ready to order. Also she talked so quietly that none of the three of us could hear her. My meal (tuna poke bowl) was fantastic. My friend's peppercorn sirloin was also very good, though a bit on the rare side. My husband's pizza however was very doughy and the toppings were extremely sparse. He was disappointed in the pizza for sure.

Haven't eaten there in a while. Ambience is great, food was not. Burger was way too salty and fries were greasy. Even the panko on the chicken fingers was burnt. Wasn't pleased. Too bad.

We always order the back ribs. They are delicious and fall off the bone. Earl’s has some of the best French fries. We went on a night that was not busy and the service was great. Their margaritas were very good also.

Service was so horrible, had to ask for water, and had to call the server each time we needed something, then they gave us dirty plates to eat in, when asked to change the dirty dishes the server was not apologetic at all rather showed us an attitude. Overall very bad experience would never go there or suggest anyone to go there again.

Manager and servers were more concerned with their friends who were also dining at the restaurant. Had to continually ask to order drinks food, desert, more drinks, and get the bill. Food was “ok” nothing great. Might have been because it sat for a while before coming to the table. Lots of options competing for your business, perhaps consider going elsewhere.

The food was great, but the service was so incredibly slow! Took 20 minutes for us to get our drinks from the bar. We had to ask for water. I would recommend management to have more staff. The service was just way too slow.

It was a wonderful experience for are first time at earls.This was date night very romantic place to eat. Food was wonderful. Will definitely be back Staff was absolutely amazing fantastic job.

My go to restaurant for special occassions or just the monthly date nights or a night out with friends. From the host at the door to the servers, all are friendly, polite and very professional. The ambience is great and the music is at the right volume; not too high and not too low. The food is great; i always go for the combo chicken ane ribs and my partner always goes for the blackened chicken. Overall, a great place to dine out and value for money.
