We took 8 girls for my daughter’s 15th birthday party. They had a great time , the food was great as usual! Our server was great with the girls!

Couldn’t find our reservation even though we got a call to confirm it earlier in the day. Then we were squished at a booth meant for 5 when we had 6 people. Table was half set up when we were brought to it.

It took an hour before we could place our order. The roast beef sandwich & vegetable of the day were very tasty!

A few disappointments . Had made reservation online and were seated immediately but had to wait several minutes for server to acknowledge we were there. Gave our drink orders but had to request water which took long time to arrive (after our drinks). Ordered appetizer (hot spinach dip) but told shortly later not available . Dinner arrived and found presentation lacking as my husband had ordered steak and shrimp with shrimp arriving separately with the several shrimp just piled on a plane white plate with no garnish /dip. He reported food tasty but disappointing presentation. Also had to flag down a server to request salt and pepper and was not approached until dinner finished to request refill of coffee. Also had noted on reservation that this was to celebrate a birthday but no acknowledgement of this through our visit. I don't know if staffing was a concern that night but overall experience did not meet our expectations on this visit. Restaurant not busy while we were there although it appeared a couple of larger parties expected as large empty tables throughout our stay.

I got the Cajun oven roasted salmon and my boyfriend got the Cajun blackened chicken and both were fantastic! Our waitress Morningstar was lovely as well.

We usually have a pretty good experience when dining at Earls St Vital. Unfortunately this last visit started off with a mix-up in our reservation & ended up with the food not being very appetizing. The restaurant was also busier than usual so perhaps this affected the quality of the dining experience.

Went on Monday and it was not overall busy; service was great and speed of service was awesome. They even let us sit for a while after paying our bill so that was very much appreciated especially since I was with a friend who I had not seen for a long time.

My family and I were at the St. Vital location yesterday to celebrate my birthday and Mother's Day (4 adults & 2 children). Waitress named Rachel was fantastic! I normally have a chicken and Rib combo at the restaurant if offered (The Keg, MR. MIKES) so thought I'd try Earls Cajun Blackened Chicken + Rib combo. Seriously...was the best tasting combo ever! Their home made coleslaw and potato salad with fall off the bone ribs and chicken was cooked perfectly. Everyone had a really excellent meal.
