My first ever visit to Earl's. Fantastic experience. Server was awesome. Food came out quickly. Check in were appropriate and server was aware of refills and such without asking. Will definitely visit again.

Greeters at the entrance were polite and prompt. We did not have to wait as we had a reservation. There was a pleasant, family-friendly ambience. Servers were cheerful and attentive and professionally turned out in their neat black attire. The menu and drinks options were broad, with something for everyone. The ribs were amazing, well-seasoned, and falling off the bone. The side salad was dressed just right. We ordered a few other meals, all of which were excellent and well presented - we note the tasty salt and pepper wings, (our compliments on all - great job, Earls Chef!). We really appreciated the free Mother's Day dessert and long-stemmed rose (a nice, classy touch!) which brought a smile to many a mother/grandmother on that day. Thank you, Earls at St. Albert, for delivering quality service!

This restaurant is ran by young adults , everyone is so young and no management. Just so unorganized, everyone is nice but slow service and mediocre food. Also no kids menu for brunch

Great service and wonderful meal, we had reservations for 10 AM, brunch options are roughly $6.00 per person cheaper up until noon. The meal was fabulous and the service was great. The staff was very attentive. We had a great Mother’s Day Breakfast! Will definitely return.

Earl St. Albert food standard not the same from other Earls location in the province and I have eaten at lots of Earls location. Just aweful food. Service is just normal.

Was disappointed after driving over an hour from out of town for earls. Our food took nearly an hour to receive, for a cheese burger and a clubhouse ! we felt that was a long wait for those items. Very disappointed as this will Make us very hesitant to return to this earls.

The place was nice and clean, but the food was cold, and they forgot some of the items I order and I also had to send my food back because the shrimp,fries, and veggies were all cold. My mom was cold too but she ate because she was hungry. Overall, it was not a great experience for my first time there, and I will not be going back.

Always a great experience at this location. Jimmy at the host desk is always really hospitable and friendly. Servers are all nice. Food is good tasting and good value.

UPDATE March 27, 2024 : I want to come back and update this review to say how amazed I was with the manager at this restaurant to contact me to make this right. I usually really enjoy Earls St Albert, and I was hopeful this was just an off night. I will be going back again, because of the professionalism extended to us and am very thankful he offered to make it right. Can’t ask for better service in this regard. Here’s hoping next time is much better. * Horrible experience for our anniversary tonight. The food was sub par, chewy and tough steak, cold, mushy quinoa and peppermint flavoured salad in the Bangkok bowl, Caesar drink was full of floating spices at the bottom, totally overpowering the drink. The dessert had a huge ice cube on the plate with a small scoop of ice cream covering it. Overall the worst meal we have had at Earls, not the norm at all. The experience was so disappointing, it was definitely not worth the $100 price.

Our server was attentive with us although I wasnt ever offered a re-fill on my coffee during our 90 minute stay. The food was pretty good & although my steak was medium rare as requested, it looked it hade been cooked in a microwave.

Orders came wrong, server was busy socializing with other staff and didn’t check on us, when we called him over he did not offer to fix the issue or apologize. Horrific service. Manager who eventually came was lovely but it was too late to rectify

Wasn't like the bigger Earls restaurants in Edmonton. More like a BPs dining area. The food was good and the service was great. For me...It just lacked a comfortable atmosphere .

Disappointed at the food. The Earls Breakfast was ok but there was very little food and a mass of plain greens on the plate which made no sense. Also, no PB or jam for toast? Service was also disappointing. No personality or sense of urgency. We had to ask for refills a couple of times. One server couldn’t answer our questions and told us to ask the other server.
