We went for my mom’s birthday dinner but the food we got was really bad quality. We ordered 4 cajun chicken but all the chicken breasts were so dry that we didn’t enjoy our dinner at all. Manager was nice as she didn’t add 2 cajun chickens in the bill but our whole dinner night was ruined. I hope Earls get the same quality back as what they had in the past years. I have been Earls customer for more than decade but the quality we used to have is no longer available in food. Service was good though.

Earls south common was such a great experience for me and my mom on Mothers Day! We were seated promptly and even offered a glass of Prosecco to sample. The best part was the outstanding service! Cherisse was attentive, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She made our experience unforgettable!

We booked reservation, got there on time but unfortunately they somehow skipped us, was told that my name was same as someone else so those people got ahead. This led us to be late for a film at the theatre which was sold out by the time we got there. Meal was good although the fries were similar to McDonald’s fries. Would’ve expected more home made style fries.

I went to Earl's for my daughter's 15th birthday and we had a delightful experience. The manager passed by and introduced herself. The waitstaff was attentive and refilled our drinks at least once. They even provided plates and a knife for her birthday cake. Overall it was a great experience :)

Always great at Earls. Love the half priced wine night. It brings us in. I was sad to see that the menu has changed. Appears to be much of the same old. Caesar salad, Hunan chicken. Eye roll. Greens and grains are no longer on the menu. As well as the Bancock bowl. We had to look for other options. I had the pulled chicken clubhouse. It was a clubhouse. For $23.00! Need to rethink this. My husband had the roast beef sandwich. Yawn! Where is the menu we love. Sorry to say for the prices being charged… get creative! I am only saying this because I was asked. We love earls. But …
