I order my 8 year old daughter the steak and tortellini dish. The steak was soooo chewy, her and I could not even chew the steak. I informed the waiter and he offered another piece of steak but my daughter declined as she mentioned to be feeling “grossed out”. I assumed he would take the steak portion off the bill. However, he never did. We never usually complain.. even if the dish is off I would never complain however this was for my daughter and it just annoys me that her dinner was ruined.

Always love Earls. Sat on the patio which was perfect. Food was excellent- portions are always a little small but I’ve come to expect that. Service was excellent.

Food was amazing as always but the waiter…. Jr was honestly the best waiter I have dealt with for years! He had a personal and professional atmosphere which is hard to come by! Will be returning for sure!! #goJr!!!

This location is big, beautiful & amazing. Always love coming here for happy hour as the prices can be quite high before happy hour. The staff here are always amazing & seem to be attentive.

All in all everything was wonderful. The staff was exceptional. We were treated very well. The food was yummy. Would definitely recommend.

Had a reservation for 815 got in early, waited 15 minutes to place our drink order, waitresses checked in when we were nearly finished our meal. We ordered a refill on our drinks, the refills showed up as we were paying our bill. Below par service.

We went for my mom’s birthday dinner but the food we got was really bad quality. We ordered 4 cajun chicken but all the chicken breasts were so dry that we didn’t enjoy our dinner at all. Manager was nice as she didn’t add 2 cajun chickens in the bill but our whole dinner night was ruined. I hope Earls get the same quality back as what they had in the past years. I have been Earls customer for more than decade but the quality we used to have is no longer available in food. Service was good though.
