The experience was amazing and our waiter was fantastic . I’ve forgotten his name but he was young male with brown hair and a somewhat British accent! He catered to our needs so professionally and with great customer care 🙂

Earls kitchen was a Hopping place on a Saturday. We enjoyed our light meal of Yam fries and chicken Ceasar salad. We also enjoyed watching the young crowd at the bar enjoying happy hour. Sophie, our waiter, was bubbly and attentive! Would definitely recommend!

We came to watch game 4. Ava was our server and she went above and beyond for us. I’ve always had a great experience at Earl’s, but Ava truly made our night!

Our waiter Alistair was very patient and accommodating and cheerful a big plus when you’re in the service industry. The staff changed our table to a bigger one because there’s 5 of us and we were very happy with this. The food was great and service. We went on Mother’s Day so it was a great experience dining at Earls which I’ve been a customer for 20 years. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!!

Manager was not helpful. Asked to be seated outside, sat us inside stating that he would work on it. He personally did not follow up. We asked the server to follow up. No response. Meanwhile, there was certainly seating outside. None had reserve signs. When we left the same tables were empty. Service was poor. Other servers seemed to be more efficient and assisted our table, thoughts it is the luck of the draw. Volume of music was too loud. They did turn it down. It wasn’t overly busy, no reason to have it so loud considering the overall clientele being seated for early dinner at 6:00 on a Thursday. Food was good but need to be careful with the cooking the broccolini. It was not warm. Needs to be the last thing plated and ensure that it is cooked correctly. Overall their competition pays more attention to the details. I would go back and give them another chance. I am not saying it was bad, just needs more customer training. Probably needs a secret shopper to ensure that company policies and expectations are being followed.

Thanks to Open Table we were able to get our seats quickly, even though we had to wait a minute for the rest of our party. There was an issue with our order, but the server was very helpful and they were apologetic, so all was forgiven. We had the seafood tower which was really good. All the items were fresh and very flavorful. The presentation was nice as well. It’s crazy that no one in Canada seems to know what a Cosmopolitan is, but they had other options. Overall I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Love their selection of drinks and food. Non happy hours can be a bit pricey. They’ve added some more cocktails on the menu. Their service is excellent; shoutout to our server Matheus - he was wonderful!

I made a reservation for my fiance's birthday at Earls and specifically reserved the back patio through OpenTable. However, upon arrival, we were informed that it was unavailable. We were seated on the front patio where we encountered numerous issues with flies, including one landing in our wine bottle despite requesting a stopper. Additionally, despite asking for dip and chili flakes, they were never brought to our table. When I addressed these concerns with the manager, we were moved inside and given a new bottle of wine, but there was no acknowledgment of our reservation or the birthday celebration. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of our expectations and is, in our opinion, the worst Earls location in the lower mainland. This was a disappointing departure from the service we've received at other Earls establishments.

Was a hockey game on tv so was very loud. Had to yell at my wife to have a conversation. Food was good but there was no chipotle dip for the yam fries

I made a reservation at Earls to celebrate my birthday on April 12th. While booking, the website prompted me to select a special occasion, and I chose "Birthday." However, I was disappointed that there was no acknowledgment of my birthday by the server and the restaurant. I'm confused why they even asked for what the special occasion is when they are not planning to do anything. The restaurant was also quite noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation with my friend. I had visited another branch of Earls a year ago, where the server provided excellent service. They offered drink suggestions and were very helpful. However, the server at this branch seemed disinterested and did not offer much assistance when I asked for drink recommendations. As for the food, the tacos and pizza were enjoyable. However, the fried chicken seemed like frozen chicken nuggets and was not very appealing. Overall, my experience at Earls was mixed, with some aspects being good and others falling short.

I am in shock that a steak cost $60 at Earls. My husband ordered it and it was awful. It looked almost raw and didn’t taste great. My daughter ordered Salmon and the piece was so small for $34. Don’t know what is happening to the restaurant industry! Won’t be eating there again!!

We came there last night for my birthday. This is the second time same problem. Too cold to be able to enjoy. We left earlier than normal. I gave the same review last time. Looks like nothing changed. Food is awesome! Ambience is cozy. People are kind. Thank you!

Love this place! Lunch was quick and delicious. One of us had chicken tenders & fries and the other had the angry chicken lettuce wraps. It was the first time we had the wraps and they were so tasty! Would definitely order again.

Our server was the absolute best. She even helped translate a few things from English to Spanish and made awesome nightlife recommendations 😊 Wasnt too busy or crowded and our food came quickly even though it was a busy Saturday night

1. The Prime Sirloin did not taste good. 2. Server did not offer to put pepper on the steak. Had to ask her. 3. Server removed plate for my companion when I was still working to finish my food. 4. Server removed my plate with her arm in front of my face (instead of from my side) 5. Server was nonetheless very friendly and helpful.

First time at this location. Really disappointing. Greeted by a confused and overwhelmed hostess, who couldn't find our reservation. Extremely noisy/loud environment. From the two poorly located tables that we were offered, we chose the "best" one, which was locate near emergency exit and server station. The Salmon Fillet with Rice was super dry and obviously reheated, fillet and rice both. We were charged extra/separately for Feta Aioli that we neither ordered nor received (we realized only after we left). We received a tiny complimentary dessert (a tiny ice cream scoop with a small brownie) to share, as we celebrated our anniversary. Note that we made our reservation a couple of days ahead, we specified that is our anniversary, and we confirmed the reservation over the phone!

We were there during the SuperBowl, which was on screen in the restaurant, so some very noisy patrons. My fault for reserving during that time!
