We had a little bit of an issue with our reservation, our table wasn’t ready when we got there and we had to wait. But the staff was very apologetic and also tried to be very accommodating! Overall they were super friendly and very efficient with our food! We enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this is restaurant!

The patio was nice weather for mothers day however the seats were not clean at all. There was food and leaves everywhere when we went to sit down. The server took a long time to take our order and we found the service to be slow overall. Also, I recieved a note from earls a day before the reservation asking if the reservation had any mothers being celebrated for mothers day. I said yes, 2 moms yet nothing was made special by the restaurant or server. Not one mention of happy mothers day or anything special. (Pretty dissapointing- last year the restaurant we were at gave the moms a free dessert or drink and the servers made moms feel special).

Always able to get the table we like in the lounge on our reservation. That’s huge for us. Servers are always well trained and friendly. Food is consistent and offers good quality. ALSO WE ENJOY, good wine choices. Decoy and Burrowing owl always good options. Cactus Club is too noisy and too corporate. Keg has the same tired menu Earls has new options that change several times a year and we like that! I rarely write a review but feel credit is due. Thanks

I made a request to make the birthday girl feel special. There was not even a mention of why we were there or even a suggestion for a birthday dessert. Very disappointed .

Earls needs more lunchtime reasonable menu options. Not very competitive with pricing and options.

Service started off good, but lacked once more tables arrived. Was not too busy but servers seemed that they couldn't keep up with an average amount of tables. Waited 10 plus minutes after my beer was done, before the sever asked if I wanted another. Food was consistent with previous experiences.

When we arrived there was a mix up with the reservation. Management was keen to help out and made it right even though they were slammed due to busy lounge because of hockey game. Emily was our server who was attentive to our every need and super personable. Great evening at Earls!

Food was amazing! This is our second visit in three weeks and unfortunately we got the same server the second time at my son’s table with his friends for his birthday. Everything was looking good despite the miscommunication around dessert the first time. When we left my son told me that the 3 kids at the table didn't get to order dessert, the waiter brought one birthday serving (which is very small as it’s the free one) for all of them to share… The reason I’m righting the review is because multiple times I told the server they could order anything they wanted. And I also clarified after the first miscommunication again that I wanted them all to order what ever dessert they liked and charge me the amount. These dinner guests are 14 year old eating machines and a tiny little one bitter was definitely not the ending to the birthday experience I was looking for. I will say again I was very clear when I said. they could have anything they wanted…

Food was great as always and the front staff were inviting and lovely. The noise level was too loud so you couldn’t hear your company. Unfortunately our waiter made a lot of assumptions through out the evening. We weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks and it was difficult to find him to order. He was nice to bring our two sons dessert for their birthday but failed to ask the rest of the table if they wanted to order dessert. It’s nice to be asked if you’re interested in anything else through out the evening, I guess not every visit can be perfect.

Had a great time on the patio with my family after the Easter egg hunt on Saturday at Lions park. Myles and Piper took great care of us and Liam made sure our table was clean throughout the entire experience. Food and service were both on point!

My parents went in with their friends for a nice dinner, they came back to me exclaiming that their experience was AMAZING! They loved everything about the restaurant, the food, the ambience, and the service. We will for sure be coming back for more.

Waitress was great. She was personable and efficient. Double checked with the kitchen if the dish was spicy before putting in the order and brought the info back to me to make sure I was okay with it. I found the margarita a bit sweet. Otherwise the food was tasty and the presentation was good.

One of the best neighborhood spots in Poco. We had pizza, seafood tower and truffle chicken and it was exceptional. Our server Sarah was lovely. The drinks were delicious. It wasn’t too loud, just the right ambiance for a fun girls night. Will be back

This visit was a bit of a disappointment, the food was not up to par for either meal. The appetizer was good, but our main dishes weren’t as good as what they should have been.

Our over all experience I rated as a three. We had a reservation, but were not seated immediately even though the table was ready. Most of us chose to have Cajun chicken with our meal, those that had the pasta commented that Cajun in the sauce helps elevate the flavours. Unfortunately one member of our party didn’t get their main, salad, and we had to wait. Some call the level of noise energetic, at that level, seniors can’t hear and join in conversation.

When offering $35 for a 3 course meal. It should be $35 and no more money charged. The appetizer only one was okay. The +7 was charged 4 times when asking the server she said we order meat. Only two of us has meat with our tortellini. The deserts were awful. We won't return.

We both did the three course meal very good for the value. Service was great. I was also happy the music was only really loud outside. Maybe because it was lunch but not dinner the music level is lower but much better than last time I was there.
