    We had a little bit of an issue with our reservation, our table wasn’t ready when we got there and we had to wait. But the staff was very apologetic and also tried to be very accommodating! Overall they were super friendly and very efficient with our food! We enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this is restaurant!

    The patio was nice weather for mothers day however the seats were not clean at all. There was food and leaves everywhere when we went to sit down. The server took a long time to take our order and we found the service to be slow overall. Also, I recieved a note from earls a day before the reservation asking if the reservation had any mothers being celebrated for mothers day. I said yes, 2 moms yet nothing was made special by the restaurant or server. Not one mention of happy mothers day or anything special. (Pretty dissapointing- last year the restaurant we were at gave the moms a free dessert or drink and the servers made moms feel special).

    Always able to get the table we like in the lounge on our reservation. That’s huge for us. Servers are always well trained and friendly. Food is consistent and offers good quality. ALSO WE ENJOY, good wine choices. Decoy and Burrowing owl always good options. Cactus Club is too noisy and too corporate. Keg has the same tired menu Earls has new options that change several times a year and we like that! I rarely write a review but feel credit is due. Thanks

    I made a request to make the birthday girl feel special. There was not even a mention of why we were there or even a suggestion for a birthday dessert. Very disappointed .

    Earls needs more lunchtime reasonable menu options. Not very competitive with pricing and options.
