Very disappointing the fries were stone cold and we sent them back, the burger was lukewarm. It took a while for replacement fries. Overall poor.

The food was excellent, the frozen drink I had was delicious, and our server Izzy was as nice as she could be!!! I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch!!! It’s a great place!!!

I had a horrible experience !! Made a reservation through OpenTable and I let them know that I would be having my toddler in tow. Mind you this is my first time going to Earls so this was my first impression and experience . When we arrived, they didn’t acknowledge us at all. I had to butt in and let them know that I was there for my reservation. They didn’t seat us until 10 minutes after arrival and when we get seated, they put us in a small table outside that could not sit two people and a baby comfortably. The table was against the wall, but in a corner where the main walkway was to get in and out of the area. The stroller took up the entire walkway so that anyone who wanted to get through would have to ask me to move my stroller/toddler throughout our dinner. When I let them know that I would not be comfortable constantly getting up to move my stroller and asked if they had any alternative seating they told me no even though there were multiple tables open and said that they were reserved for reservation, but funny because I definitely put in my reservation too. They said if I wanted another table, I would have to wait indefinitely. OK, cool. I wasn’t gonna let this ruin my Mother’s Day but then when I asked if I could have a highchair so that I could possibly put my stroller away, they told me that they did not have a highchair available for my table because the chairs were the ones that clipped onto the table and table was a garden table that could not bear any weight. Great! We went ahead and left because honestly, they didn’t seem to care about their customers, and I refused to eat somewhere where they can’t accommodate their customers. Not to mention it was a safety and fire hazard!

We had a great time here for Mother’s Day! The wait time was a little long (45mins) even with a reservation however that is expected due to the holiday. The service was great and food was even better! I’d definitely come back

It is an amazing place, the restaurant is beautiful and the waiter was always attentive to what we needed. The food was completely amazing. Of course we will go back and enjoy again.

Ordered 3 different glasses of wine. All three times waited 20 minutes to be told they were out. Food was marginal at best and over priced. Server was pleasant. . They won’t be in business long.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Earl’s Kitchen for an early dinner, and I must say, it was an experience worth praising. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere exuded warmth and welcome. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Now, onto the main event – the food. Earl’s Kitchen surpassed all expectations with their exquisite dishes. Each bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the skill and creativity of the chefs. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was a masterpiece. The menu offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and I found myself torn between wanting to try everything and savoring each dish to its fullest. What truly impressed me was the consistency in quality. Every dish was executed with precision, and the attention to detail was evident in both presentation and taste. Whether it was a classic favorite or a unique creation, each item on the menu left a lasting impression. As for the overall rating, Earl’s Kitchen undoubtedly deserves top marks. From the exceptional service to the delectable food, it's clear that this establishment takes pride in delivering an outstanding dining experience. I left Earl’s Kitchen with a satisfied palate and a desire to return soon. If you're looking for a memorable culinary adventure, look no further than Earl’s Kitchen. My friend and I went for brunch on Sunday and got the bottomless mimosas, chicken and waffles, the breakfast burgers and the chocolate dessert. All were amazing! In addition to the food being great our service was impeccable, the server checked in on us in a timely manner and even the manager stopped by our table! I love the ambience and the location of the restaurant as well. 10/10 recommend

Enjoyable and very comfy outside seating. Mixed crowd from mall shoppers, date night to business. Our waiter (Ben) was very attentive, brought out a blanket when outside temp dropped after sunset. Excellent cocktails (recommend dry gin Negroni). We enjoyed variety of appetizers, pizza and seafood platter. Cheesecake and crème brûlée are both excellent. You will not be rushed when dining at Earls. Manager checked in with us 2x to ensure our party was happy with food and service.

The service was AWFUL. It was Easter and there was five tables yet it took 20 minutes for a drink menu. The crab cakes were cold. The steak was burnt. Over $100 check and it was not worth $25. Way better options in Orlando. Go elsewhere

Our server was so nice! Atmosphere was exactly what we wanted for brunch. Unfortunately, I got the steak and eggs and the steak had so much gristle I couldnt even chew it. The server was so nice, but kinda disappeared at the end. We probably would of had another round of drinks I'd she had asked. But I would love to have her again and I would definitely come back. I would just order something different.

Food was superb. Ingredients were fresh and everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was sweet and very helpful. The only thing I’d fix is the seating. My booth definitely needs to be replaced. Love this place!

Dinner was just ok. The food lacks seasoning and tastes. No bread service. Place is nice. My filet was rare not medium. Had them toss it back on. Came back slightly better. I just ate what I could. No salt or pepper at the tables to even attempt to season.

I came by with my daughter for a quick lunch this week. The service was great and we loved that the manager stopped by to say hello and greet us. The food was amazing!! I ordered a shrimp cocktail, an Ahi Tuna Poke bowl and some french fries. The shrimp and tuna were both extremely fresh. Our fries came out quickly and were perfectly salted and hot. I highly recommend the Ahi Poke salad, it was delicious and the perfect lunch meal. We’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant has fun, hip energy. We went for lunchtime. The server was helpful, happy, and sounded excited about a few menu items we asked about. It was a pleasant reasturant. We ordered the Tataki-style steak, ponzu sauce, spicy tuna roll, or crispy shrimp roll. The steak had great flavor. It was cooked how I asked. I also very much enjoyed my spicy tuna roll. The server brought us a little bowl of any dipping sause we wanted. Eel sause is one of my favorites. The downside was the ponzu sause. It had great flavor, but it was cold when they applied it to the steak. Unfortunately, our steak was cold. However, the server did try to fix it once we told them. It's a nice place with some yummy menu options. I think we will go back next time we are in Orlando.

I have been to Earl’s many times in the past and it was always a great experience. This time however, it was not extremely busy and it took our server forever to come to us and take our orders. I got a Diet Coke and it tasted like there was an issue with the syrup. The brunch menu changed and felt extremely limited than what it had been in the past. The food took forever and came out cold. Unfortunately, it was a negative experience.

This is our 3rd time coming to this restaurant. We were excited for the meal we were about to have but left absolutely disappointed. We will not be back. The shrimp cocktail was terrible. The shrimp was not sweet. The cocktail sauce was to pastey; when you dip the shrimp in it was to pasty or frozen it didn’t stick to the shrimp. Costco shrimp cocktail would be 100x better. The salmon was overcooked and therefore I asked for more aioli. The aioli never came to the table. We also had the steak and lobster. The steak was not good quality but the lobster was good. We were offered complimentary ice cream. We said no and wanted to just get out the restaurant and move on. Overall the meal cost us $138 and we should ate somewhere else.
