I really want to like this place so bad because of the menu, location, and ambience. Unfortunately, it misses too hard with front-of-house service for me to go back again without a serious revamp. 3rd visit I was done.

We had a group of 7 people everyone was happy with their food (mostly salads). I had the 7 OZ filet (~$60) ordered medium and it was well done. This is my second experience with this issue at Earls. With a shared dessert our bill for two was ~$190. The crab cakes and salads got a good review from people in our group.

Came here for a Mother's Day dinner. Our party of four was promptly seated in a wonderful outside area. When it started to rain, the staff promptly moved us to an inside table. Our waitress was incredible. The menu is varied and all of our items were very tasty. Our favorite of the night was the avocado dip appetizer. It's probably the best avocado/guacamole I've tasted. We highly recommend Earl's for any special occasion or date night.

Waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and frustrated- our server was very nice but again could tell the frustration. Half of our meals came out wrong. Steak was not cooked to order on 2 of the 4 meals. The plated the wrong sides for one meal. All 4 of us had steak- 3 of us got steak knives. Waitress said she would get one then proceeded to stop by another table to take their order. 5 minutes later, she came back by and said they were out of steak knives and asked if I wanted a dinner knife. Manager stopped by and offered to remake both steaks to-go that were cooked incorrectly. Overall just not impressed.

This was our first time dining at Earl’s Kitchen and Bar and I’m excited to say we will definitely return. The service was amazing, we had the best and most attentive server. The atmosphere and ambience was simply gorgeous and high energy. I definitely recommend!

I’ve been a loyal patron of Earls since its opening at Legacy West and always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere - including the evolving menu! However, I have to say this last visit left such a bad taste in mouth and was such a disappointment! It started when I inquired with our server about the chicken and waffles; I wanted to know if the chicken was a whole piece or tenders. She didn’t seem clear on my question and answered its seasoned with Cajun spices. I digress. I ordered it. Once my order arrived, it was missing the maple syrup, so as I waited for them to bring the syrup, I noticed one of the tenders looked very blackened at first glance. Upon closer inspection (e.g., flipping the chicken over on other side), it was actually burned. I was stunned they would serve food this way. Straight up burned chicken. Server sends back food and requests remake. A good 15-20 mins later, I have a little better looking, non-burned, but surprisingly super spicy chicken tenders, but at least somewhat edible, however, the waffles are now a different story. 🫠 The server comes to do the final round and asks if I’d like to have the chicken and waffles removed from the bill? Mind you, no manager has come by the entire time to apologize or check on us. I’m again, miffed. I respond, yes. I’d like the food removed from the bill based on principle alone. The server leaves, and alas! A manager finally arrives and like magic, things finally shift the way they should have at the beginning of the meal when this occurred. Moral of the story: Earls staff (from kitchen to waitstaff) sadly isn’t up to par these days (sans management). Invest in your staff, Earls!

Earls is a personal favorite. This experience was great, like usual. The only thing I thought was slightly odd is sitting 2 people in a large circular booth. I asked to move since it felt like a waste of space and not very intimate. But they had no problem moving us over to a 2 seater kind of seating area which was much more cozy and intimate. Great food and drinks.

The lemonade I had was very good, but the crab cakes + greens needed more seasoning. It was a little bit bland.

Clark was so amazing the way he spoke about the food, his suggestions were bang on. The food presentation, the flavors were next level. Kakki and Steph visited our table often to ensure we had everything we needed. Chelsea

Filson was an great waitress! She made our party of 7 feel good. Ambience of outdoor patio was everything 🤟 I’m disappointed the key lime pie is off the menu! Please bring back asap.

Horrible. They didn’t have clean dinnerware so nothing was being served. And the kitchen was backed up with orders. Which they didn’t tell us until 30-min after we waited to be seated, even though we had a reservation.

Someone else’s order was delivered to us, we sent it back and when we got the second order it still was not what we originally ordered. We just ordered entrees directly from the menu, no changes or special requests. We were charged for the fill cost of the meal.

Our server Savannah was awesome. Drinks were good. We didn’t eat there. I would h w preferred the music not be so loud. It was as loud as being in a night club.

We were seating outside and the cushions were wet, our pants ended up being wet too. Ordered coffee and they did not have a coffee machine.

It was disappointing to say the least. Only one other table in the entire place (was my first clue). Seated for at least 15 mins before anyone came to greet us. We were literally about to stand up and walk out. Employees everywhere. Decided to stay and order a drink and app to see if worth staying for dinner. Drinks were good, guacamole was very average. Cost $56 for 2 drinks and guac. Went across the street to Taverna, had great service and amazing food in a very busy restaurant. 3 drinks, 1 app, 2 dinners $115. Such better value than Earls. SKIP this place. 👎🏻

Our 1st time dining here. The restaurant had its own style for sure which was nice and quite large. Our server was very nice, but we were always on the look out for something. No side plates came with the shared starter (4 peeps) so had to wait on those. Wine delivery took at least 1/2 hour and the server even commenting on the length of delivery time. Then main meals delivered and as cutlery had been cleared with the starter plates we were then left with our food and no cutlery. The server that delivered main meals instead of getting them from the empty table next to us said she would let our server know. So I eventually got up and just got them from the table next to us, so food wouldn’t go cold, and our server never came with anymore so good job I did. It’s these little things that make or break…so definitely more fine tuning on delivery, and never leave customers with their food and no cutlery. Now for the food. I would say “Meh”…the starter Parmesan fries and avocado corn…was OK, nothing new there really. I had the tortellini with shrimp and if the server had come back by soon enough I would have actually asked for salt and pepper…pretty underwhelming. Salmon was asked to be cooked medium and was cooked thoroughly. The Branzino was OK again and nothing to rave about in fact that too was overcooked…the cost was a tad high for what was served. The ribs and chicken did go down a treat. So thumbs up to that. Dessert was also just OK…the Crème Brûlée when served was just a runny mess of goop…not set up at all. Taken too soon out of the Bain Marie (if it even was in one). And the sticky toffee chocolate pudding…again nothing new to write home about…but was edible and we ate it. I really had high expectations for this restaurant overall we were very comfortable in our booth, and we had a good catch up with dear friends and some OK food. Wish I could be more elevated about the dining experience at Earls especially for the type of establishment it is trying to be!

Waiter tried very hard but sadly was set up for failure. We visited for Easter brunch…there is no kids meal options. We opted for chicken and waffles on brunch menu for the kiddos and sadly as we ordered at 12:30pm they announced that option sold out. So limited food for kids. We ordered sides of bacon that never arrived and food was slow to come overall. Food was fine once it arrived. On positive, there was a cute Easter egg hunt set up for the kids which was nice.

We celebrating our daughter’s 25th birthday and news after being a grand parent from Our oldest son and we had the best time. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and selections and she was a joy and very professional. Thank you for celebrating our happy occasions

Enjoyed the beautiful evening on patio with spouse on a date night. Food was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Started with lump crab cake. Entrees ribeye and filet. Sides of seasoned vegetable and garlic mashed potatoes. All was excellent and service was friendly relaxed and attentive.

Everything was quite amazing. apps, drinks, entrees, service. Two points of feedback: 1 - your bar break or make lots of noise with glassware much more than usual 2 - burned the cheesecake But overall our experience was still sensational. everything was tasty, well presented and served timely. the space was comfortable, energetic, and a good vibe. Definitely recommend and will be a recurring place to visit for me.

Always enjoy coming to Earl’s! The salmon was to die for, and the truffle fries are always a solid go-to if you don’t know the menu well. Their Dirty Martini with gin was SO delish!!

Very disappointed in the menu change and having to send multiple drinks back. First time back since the menu has changed, it is extremely small and limited compared to what it used to be. The bartender continuously messed up our drinks as well.
