Our waitress was outstanding. She was very attentive yet not intrusive. We ordered the Cajun Blackened Chicken, and it was excellent. We will defiantly come back as the menu is extensive.

This was the worst experience at earls we have been going since they open it took them so long to serve us and after 15min they told us they are out of shrimp cocktail we then ordered pizza 20min later the waiter told her it will be another 15min we then close the tap it was late so we couldn’t get food anywhere else so definitely lost us as customer 😞

I really want to like this place so bad because of the menu, location, and ambience. Unfortunately, it misses too hard with front-of-house service for me to go back again without a serious revamp. 3rd visit I was done.

Took my mother for Mother’s Day. It was a great experience. The restaurant was beautiful.

We had a group of 7 people everyone was happy with their food (mostly salads). I had the 7 OZ filet (~$60) ordered medium and it was well done. This is my second experience with this issue at Earls. With a shared dessert our bill for two was ~$190. The crab cakes and salads got a good review from people in our group.
