Great service from ordering to food on table, fun atmosphere, often noisy so good for laughing and watching games on TV but not a great environment if you wish to have an intimate chat

We had a great evening it started from our entrance to the restaurant the hostess Jenna was so awesome. She greeted us with a smile. It felt good to walk into Earls when we got seated the GM Brent came by and introduced himself and greeted us. We felt so welcome . Our waiter awesome. Our food was prepared just the way we wanted it and of course the earl standard delicious thank you everyone for making our evening so special yesterday we actually talked about it this morning that Earls Richmond is the best place to dine out thank you everyone Sincerely, Ramona Khan

The food was reasonable not outstanding but adequate but service was slow and we needed to remind staff about drinks and food items not brought. Staff was friendly and patient and it may have been they were just too busy. We went for a family lunch and it was quite loud with the people and music. Would not go if looking for a place to talk and visit. More a young persons hang out vibe.

We had to wait 1 hour and 15 for 2 past dishes. Too much for a simple lunch. The restaurant was packed because of mother’s day. The manager was empathetic enough and covered all of our charges. This was a nice gesture. I gave tip to the waitress as she was really good! The food is excellent, cold beer and the ambiance is also awesome! I will go back for sure!

We arrived early at 11:05 for our 11:15 reservation to celebrate Mother's Day. We were promptly seated at a table right next to the kitchen. The place was busy and noisy as it was still Happy Hour. We placed our drink and food orders soon after. Staff then came around to take a family photo that they placed in a Mothers Day card. This was a nice gesture. However it took over 1.25 hours before our food arrived! We enquired a few times about the delay to both our server and the restaurant host. They both told us that our food would arrive soon, 'it's just another five minutes'. We noticed other tables who arrived later than us being served first. Eventually our server came back with another staff member who apologized for the extended delay and offered to cover our bill as a result of the unreasonable delay. When the food eventually arrived. The Prawn Omelette was dry, rubbery and cold. The prawn filling was also sparse and dry. The Crab Cake was fine but it was also cold. The Prosciutto and Arugala pizza which we order in place of the Queen Bee which they had run out of was also cold and dry. The Earls Breakfast and Prawn Benedict were fine and still warm. Our server was courteous through out and came back regularly to check on us and fill our coffee and tea. We did leave him a generous tip. This incident did spoil our Mother's Day experience. Would we come back again? Perhaps when it's not as busy, but definitely not on special event days like Mother's day.

Based on the times I’ve been to this location, they can only do one or the other- decent service and poor food quality or poor service and decent food quality. This occasion, it was poor food and decent service. Items were missing from the plate, food was edible but messy/visually unappetizing, and missed food notes

The servers were nice but the food was EXTREMELY slow. Took over an hour to get our meals and the worst part was, when it arrived it was cold. They compensated by not charging us for the cold dishes but kinda ruined the experience. Only one of us requested to have another dish made and even that took ANOTHER hour to arrive. We noticed the same at all the surrounding tables. We used to love coming here but this isn’t the first time. The last 4-5 times we’ve come the food is always room temp or cold. The management really step it up. I don’t care so much for the comped meals as much as I would rather enjoy a good time and good meal.
