We had a great evening it started from our entrance to the restaurant the hostess Jenna was so awesome. She greeted us with a smile. It felt good to walk into Earls when we got seated the GM Brent came by and introduced himself and greeted us. We felt so welcome . Our waiter awesome. Our food was prepared just the way we wanted it and of course the earl standard delicious thank you everyone for making our evening so special yesterday we actually talked about it this morning that Earls Richmond is the best place to dine out thank you everyone Sincerely, Ramona Khan

The food was reasonable not outstanding but adequate but service was slow and we needed to remind staff about drinks and food items not brought. Staff was friendly and patient and it may have been they were just too busy. We went for a family lunch and it was quite loud with the people and music. Would not go if looking for a place to talk and visit. More a young persons hang out vibe.

We had to wait 1 hour and 15 for 2 past dishes. Too much for a simple lunch. The restaurant was packed because of mother’s day. The manager was empathetic enough and covered all of our charges. This was a nice gesture. I gave tip to the waitress as she was really good! The food is excellent, cold beer and the ambiance is also awesome! I will go back for sure!

We arrived early at 11:05 for our 11:15 reservation to celebrate Mother's Day. We were promptly seated at a table right next to the kitchen. The place was busy and noisy as it was still Happy Hour. We placed our drink and food orders soon after. Staff then came around to take a family photo that they placed in a Mothers Day card. This was a nice gesture. However it took over 1.25 hours before our food arrived! We enquired a few times about the delay to both our server and the restaurant host. They both told us that our food would arrive soon, 'it's just another five minutes'. We noticed other tables who arrived later than us being served first. Eventually our server came back with another staff member who apologized for the extended delay and offered to cover our bill as a result of the unreasonable delay. When the food eventually arrived. The Prawn Omelette was dry, rubbery and cold. The prawn filling was also sparse and dry. The Crab Cake was fine but it was also cold. The Prosciutto and Arugala pizza which we order in place of the Queen Bee which they had run out of was also cold and dry. The Earls Breakfast and Prawn Benedict were fine and still warm. Our server was courteous through out and came back regularly to check on us and fill our coffee and tea. We did leave him a generous tip. This incident did spoil our Mother's Day experience. Would we come back again? Perhaps when it's not as busy, but definitely not on special event days like Mother's day.

Based on the times I’ve been to this location, they can only do one or the other- decent service and poor food quality or poor service and decent food quality. This occasion, it was poor food and decent service. Items were missing from the plate, food was edible but messy/visually unappetizing, and missed food notes

The servers were nice but the food was EXTREMELY slow. Took over an hour to get our meals and the worst part was, when it arrived it was cold. They compensated by not charging us for the cold dishes but kinda ruined the experience. Only one of us requested to have another dish made and even that took ANOTHER hour to arrive. We noticed the same at all the surrounding tables. We used to love coming here but this isn’t the first time. The last 4-5 times we’ve come the food is always room temp or cold. The management really step it up. I don’t care so much for the comped meals as much as I would rather enjoy a good time and good meal.

My Friends & I haven't been to Earl's for quite a long time. We had a wonderful time at your restaurant. Moira was our server & she was delightful. It was Star Wars Day and she knew about it! My daughter and I had a great meal - we tried items off of the new spring menu and food was delicious and very tasty; the new strawberry guava slush cocktail was also sublime. As always the service at this restaurant is over the top, and very friendly! Always look forward to coming to Earls Richmond!!

Great service, food and drinks arrived promptly, tasting delicious. Craig at the bar always with the jokes, Maia and Kelsha were very welcoming and keep the vibes comfortable. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

Overall everything is OK including food/service/staff and it was great they even covered the cost of the cheesecake for the anniversary, the only problem is at payment $107.10 I used a $100 gift card and confirmed the amount prior to arrival, and I specifically said to charge exactly $100 and I'll pay the difference/tip separately with cash. The server said it didn't go through so he tried $50, goes through so he tried $50 again and it declined, so he tried $30 goes through, tried last $20 and declined? I've never had any problems with the gift cards for the full amount. The server said the balance remaining was $27.10. I gave total $55 cash at the end. Later at home I checked the gift card balance and I had $4 left, and checked they charged 20% tip without my consent for each charge even though I was told only $80 went through. So I paid them on top total over 40% tip, I guess nothing is free (expensive cheesecake) at the end which cost me even more than above $155 total. Its unfortunate, this left my anniversary parents to reconsider dining here again for feeling cheated.

The only real complaint we have is that I got a small salad and my SIL got the large, but there was no real difference in size between them. Other than that the service was excellent and everything tasted great.

We always have a good experience at Earl’s Richmond. Our server, Amanda, was fun, helpful and very quick with our orders. A shout out for Elijah, too. I had a mishap spilling a glass of wine. Elijah was very kind and understanding and cleaned the table up in a flash. Great food, great service.

We dine quite a bit at this location. We have always enjoyed the food and the service has always been exceptional. Last night, we had Tim as our server. We have had him before. Last night he didn’t give us any time. We waited for drinks and then we waited for him to take our order. While dining, he never came by to ask us if we wanted another drink. We ordered dessert and there was a piece of plastic in it. I think that was a one off because we have always had great food. Last night the service is what made us dissatisfied. Tim didn’t have the time for us at all.

Our server was awesome, I think his name is Dylan. On the ball and took care of us. Was a little disappointed that they ran out of the HH steak frites. Ended up have to order the 9oz, the cook was good but the cut was quite chewy, couldn't eat some parts.

I was very happy with the wonderful service that my husband and I enjoyed last night. The food was delicious and served promptly. We will be returning soon.

We had such a good experience at earls! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is soooo nice!!!! Very accommodating and they made my son a very special birthday- thanks !!

I had a (VERY) private family meeting and the management and staff were so incredibly accommodating. Add to that our server (Kira) went above and beyond. GREAT management GREAT staff GREAT vibe GREAT food. I'm an Earls loyalist, and today's visit only solidified that. If you want to feel and be appreciated this is where you need to be

Service was great. They called in advance to coordinate whose birthday is to prepare a birthday card. our server was so good & he made my brother in law feel so special on his birthday. Thank you ! 😊

A good experience although the ahi tuna bowl was a much smaller portion size than I expectedly. Prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. Tasted good though. Would return, good service.
