My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience that day as it was our 27th wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised with our heartfelt card and complimentary champagne. Fantastic server, atmosphere and drinks. We also enjoyed our table. The food was mostly great. Unfortunately 2 of us ordered the steak and sushi with the filet medium rare (which isn’t cheap) and the steaks were both over cooked and somewhat cold.

What an amazing evening at Earls Richmond!! We were celebrating my daughters best friends birthday and Maya the guest experience manager messaged us before the reservation to ask what we were celebrating and how she could make it special! She came over and personally asked all about her day and made it super special for her! Our server Ingrid was flawless and made our evening so enjoyable! I would recommend this earls to celebrate any occasion as they made it so fun, relaxing and special!

This Earl's location is never disappointing! The staff are very friendly & inviting. We went here to celebrate 2 birthdays & I must say the manager was very generous surprising us with complimentary drinks & dessert for the celebrants! The food is what you expect, good flavor! I would highly recommend this location. We had a lovely dining experience!

I’ve recently been starting to come to Earls and wow I am so impressed! Every time I made a reservation Maya and Sophia reached out to me instantly and asked me if I had any preferences. The service is also amazing, everyone is friendly and Brianna was also so great. I will definitely be back!
