    Excellent service all around! A bit of miscommunication on our reservation but Grace handled it so wonderfully with an alternative solution. Friendly and professional. Warm, efficient service by Sara who was able to ask the kitchen to prepare our favorite dish that's no longer on the menu. It was perfect! Food is consistently good. Fun to sit in the lounge. Reasonable prices on a large selection of wines.

    Went to this restaurant for Mother’s Day. The staff were very welcoming. It was also a Canucks game day so the area near the bar and close to the scene were full. We were first treated to a Mother’s Day card on the table from the team. A couple of minutes later a staff member came a took a Polaroid picture of my parents and myself together. We got a free Polaroid picture to take. Good experience and lots to cherish.

    Had an amazing Mother’s Day dinner. My server Chantelle was super attentive and amazing. Me and my mom enjoyed the food very much!

    Great place to go for either a casual meal or make a reservation for a special event. Our server Sarah took excellent care of all our needs.

    Took 3 mothers for Mother’s Day brunch. They had ran out of all the brunch menu items , even ran out of eggs ( send someone to the grocery store!!)so we started to pick some shareable , ran out of calamari, avacado dip, salmon cakes . Everyone then had to pick items they really didn’t want . It was only 1 pm. Very disappointed. And the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other . Other table were having to yell within their groups . Very upsetting Mother’s Day for all.

    We had a mixed time but the staff took care of the issues and so we left satisfied. The important thing - service and food were excellent. The wait time for food was too long but it was Mother’s Day and they’d had some booking issues that meant too many people arriving too close together. That out then then under pressure. But they dealt with it very, very well. We will go back.

    Took my wife for Mother's day brunch, the service was impeccable, Hailee our server was terrific. Food came out within 10 minutes after order and were piping hot and tasty. Overall, a great experience.

    Amazing service from the team. Food was excellent. Tasteful and presented very well. Attention from the team serving us was as good as it gets. Everything came out exactly as ordered and timed well. We felt quite welcomed by Earls and their team. Quality was top notch.
