Excellent service all around! A bit of miscommunication on our reservation but Grace handled it so wonderfully with an alternative solution. Friendly and professional. Warm, efficient service by Sara who was able to ask the kitchen to prepare our favorite dish that's no longer on the menu. It was perfect! Food is consistently good. Fun to sit in the lounge. Reasonable prices on a large selection of wines.

Went to this restaurant for Mother’s Day. The staff were very welcoming. It was also a Canucks game day so the area near the bar and close to the scene were full. We were first treated to a Mother’s Day card on the table from the team. A couple of minutes later a staff member came a took a Polaroid picture of my parents and myself together. We got a free Polaroid picture to take. Good experience and lots to cherish.

Had an amazing Mother’s Day dinner. My server Chantelle was super attentive and amazing. Me and my mom enjoyed the food very much!

Took 3 mothers for Mother’s Day brunch. They had ran out of all the brunch menu items , even ran out of eggs ( send someone to the grocery store!!)so we started to pick some shareable , ran out of calamari, avacado dip, salmon cakes . Everyone then had to pick items they really didn’t want . It was only 1 pm. Very disappointed. And the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other . Other table were having to yell within their groups . Very upsetting Mother’s Day for all.

We had a mixed time but the staff took care of the issues and so we left satisfied. The important thing - service and food were excellent. The wait time for food was too long but it was Mother’s Day and they’d had some booking issues that meant too many people arriving too close together. That out then then under pressure. But they dealt with it very, very well. We will go back.

Took my wife for Mother's day brunch, the service was impeccable, Hailee our server was terrific. Food came out within 10 minutes after order and were piping hot and tasty. Overall, a great experience.

Amazing service from the team. Food was excellent. Tasteful and presented very well. Attention from the team serving us was as good as it gets. Everything came out exactly as ordered and timed well. We felt quite welcomed by Earls and their team. Quality was top notch.

Reserved dining room. Arrived 5 early early and was told only lounge was available. I was also told that Saturdays are really busy. Hence the reservation. Spoke to manager and she asked if I had reservations for dining room. I had clearly shown the 4 people standing at the front desk the Open table confirmation showing the dining room reservation.

$26.00 for one glass of wine? you must be kidding!!! Your prices are rediculous. Four of us and each couple split a main, and our bill was just over $300.00. Tiny ceasar salads. We will not be coming back. Your food tasted good but not $300.00 worth of good!!!

New honey pizza was delicious! Several service issues (not getting beer orders, not getting pepper flakes as requested, etc) however server was so caring and helpful and funny that we didn’t mind the ricochets….

Always a great experience when we go to Earls! The odd occasion something small is wrong with the food, but doesn’t stop me from going back to enjoy everything else. I have Cajun chicken with fettuccine Alfredo which is my go to meal every time but this trip my pasta was a bit cool but that won’t stop me from going back.

Earls was so accommodating and our server was great! Food, ambiance and service have improved drastically over the last few years. I would highly recommend. It’s the perfect place to go for large parties.

We had brunch on Sunday and the prawn omelette and prawn benny was excellent. Our server Hatlee was quick, friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience

High chair was extremely dirty Service was extremely slow Food was not brought out in order (Appies brought out with mains) Waitress wasn’t around to check in on us No napkins or wipes were provided for the wings and ribs Most food was overcooked or burnt Dessert was brought out to the table after we left and was supposed to be packed to go Just all around poorly executed dinner given the $350 bill. Very disappointing

Reservation requests weren't honored. Restaurant was mostly empty and they would only sit us in the bar area. We had requested no high top tables and that's were they sat us. We requested another empty table and they said it wasn't available and was empty for the whole time we were there. They did move us, but it wasn't a preferred table arrangement. The food we wanted was sold out for the night. It took a long time to get drinks and after 20 minutes they told us the ribs were no longer available and we would need to order something else. Overall meh! We'll go to other locations in the future.

Our server was so great, took time to engage with us and make recommendations. She was very friendly we were well taken care of. The food wasn’t as good as it normally is. The chowder was extremely sweet, like it had sugar in it. My burger was tasty but was missing the bacon.

Service was terrific as was the food. The only downside to our dinig experience is that we had to shout to be heard. We were only 4 people at our table but the general noise made it impossible to carry on a conversation.

We waited almost 30 minutes to order. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry The steak I wanted on steak wed wasnt included in their steak specials. Usually it's great service this time it was not. She apologized but eith cost of going out lately u at least want a good experience

Probably our favourite visit so far thanks to our server, Kaitlyn. Her service and tableside manner are impeccable. She made us feel like we were dining at home with friends. Congrats to Ben for curating such an amazing Front of House team. Kaitlyn is a true gem in the hospitality industry.

Server was excellent. We got seated right away with our reso’s as well. However, my food I had ordered was cold. The steak was very chewy and fries did not seem fresh.
