    Came for my cousin’s graduation dinner. The Graduation Party “Experience” they held was amazing. The service was incredible, shout out to Brock for being so available even though he seemed to have many duties. The food was great aswell, my steak was cooked perfectly, super juicy and super tender (12 oz Prime Striploin). The chicken alfredo was good too, nothing special to be honest, but still good. I do recommend the cobb salad, the blue cheese was pleasant and not overpowering. All in all great experience.

    Staff and management is top notch at our Guildford Earls. Music is great too. Chicken strips and Margherita pizza could have been a bit more flavourful but were served hot and still pretty good. A teeeeny bit more sauce and cheese on the pizza would make a difference. I requested parm and added even more at home, which kind of did the trick. Great crispy fries, yam fries, and burger. I really enjoy the Caesars there too. Love the lounge and sports tvs. Lots of close, free parking.

    I had such a great Mother’s Day at earls, even though the food took 40 minutes the boss was so nice and payed for our meal and drinks! We really appreciate it! Thank you agian!

    Booked a table in the lounge for Mother’s Day. They ended up giving my table inside to another family. They ended putting us outside on the patio. If I knew I was going to be in the patio I would have booked another location. Also, the staff didn’t know how to properly set up an outdoor umbrella my 76 year old father had to do it for the staff.

    We walked in and the hostess was very friendly. Our server was amazing. The food was amazing. Overall it was the best.

    My food was warm/cold. Took forever to get our dinner. For dessert after 25 min manager came over to tell us that they can’t do one of the desserts as the torch is broken and asked us to order another one which we did (cheesecake). No apologies and still charged us for 2 desserts. Then when the bill came we had a gift card that we wanted to use and one of the waitresses had no idea how to use it. After spending 10mins finally she got our waitress and she was able to use the gift card. So our overall experience was not good. My boys also didn’t like their burgers (bacon chader cheese). Bacon was so hard. It was our first time visiting Earls and it will also be our last time.

    A tremendously disappointing experience. We have never received such slow service, from the time it took you to get our drinks to the end when we received our bill. Communication extremely poor and inaccurate (ie your meals will be out in 20 more minutes - more than 45 mins later we were waiting ….). Unfortunately not the place to take hungry teenagers. While there were attempts to make it right with comp’d desserts/appetizers, even paying the bills took an excessively long time. Hopefully this is not the new normal for Earls. Restaurant was not overly busy (empty tables), there were numerous excuses why things were taking as long as they had. I would not recommend this restaurant until it has a thorough quality improvement examination and issues are addressed.
