    The hostess was friendly when we walked in. We were promptly seated. The server was kind enough to let us wait until Happy Hour (10pm on Saturday) to order and came back right at 10 to take our order, which was thoughtful. We ordered the Ahi Tuna bowl and the chilled Sesame noodles and truffle fries. The portions seemed a bit smaller for the Ahi Tuna and the truffle fries compared to the size at the Guildford location, but unsure if it’s because we ordered off the Happy Hour menu. The truffle fries had a bit too much black pepper on it, which wasn’t what I was used to, but perhaps this is a preference. The music was also good at this location and not obnoxiously loud. Seating and layout was spacious where we sat (indoors). We plenty of parking as well.

    The yuzu calamari share plate is excellent, lightly coated & fried to perfection! Service was attentive from the hosts, server & food runners. Great experience!

    The food was delicious and got to our table very fast and our server was very friendly ! The only thing was that our plates were empty for a long time before they were taken away from the table.

    We haven’t been to Earls for a while and unfortunately decided to go on game night- we reserved a table online and did not foresee being placed at the bar side - it was extremely loud which normally isn’t a problem but one loud table had a guy that seemed to be looking for trouble “what’re YOU looking at” to a table of people in their 50s who were just enjoying the game. Having said that, I ordered a mojito which was tasty, my husband and I both ordered the hunan chicken which was one of our past favourites- it was disappointing- the amount of chicken in each of our dishes was less than 1/4 c and chopped so small it was lost in the ample portion of noodles. We will not repeat our choice at Earls and will go to WAG or The Cabin or Seahorse Grill as the prices are similar but the portions are better. The server was amazingly good - he was upbeat and attentive.

    Probably one of my best experiences at Earls! From the staff to the great tasting food. Bella went above and beyond to help us get the seats we wanted at the bar. To the bartender/server checking in on us and exceptionally friendly and professional. We went to watch the game and they have a great set up with the TVs and sound. The decor at the Earls in Grandview corners is so beautiful and elevated. I will definitely go back and refer everyone I know.

    Our server was excellent. Very personal and professional. Food was good. One of party had under cooked chicken. It was replaced and she didn’t have to pay. I believe when a restaurant guarantees satisfaction like that it give guests the confidence to return. Thank you
