We generally love this Earl’s in our neighbourhood but this was a disappointing experience. We placed our orders- got our drinks after 15 minutes. Then our server vanished. Starters didn’t come until after the mains. Server didn’t apologize, was super indignant. The ice water I asked for never came. I’ll think twice about coming back, especially with out of town guests.

Katie is so wonderful! She has Warmth, is thoughtful, instinctive, proactive, etc… She really took care of us. So did her helper Andrew! Well done Earls

Excellent brunch for Mother's Day. Great service, but stressed due to the crowd. New menu items were fresh and inspired, without seeming contrived. Great takes on traditional items (burgers and wraps), with innovative meat-free (vegetarian) items that were very appealing to everyone at the table. The price point was higher than we'd like, but this may be the new reality. Would definitely return.

The experience of this time is disappointing for us. The steak is not tasty and the sushi has no surprise. The fries is fine but too pricey and too small portion only the soup is fine. We cannot find our server easy and the food comes slow. We didn’t feel any service at all. Compare to our previous experiences, we feel quite disappointed.

The cajun salmon and clam chowder were excellent as was the creme brule. The service was wonderful and it was a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon and enjoy a long luxurious lunch catching up with a friend. Thank you waitstaff and chefs!

We go a lot do this location and used to go there all the time. Yesterday was the first time that I felt the service has gone down miserably. We weren’t assigned a waitress right away and it took a while to get even water filled in our glasses. Then a took a while to even get a waitress to come over and take our order and our food didn’t arrive until someone (possibly) the manager had to assign another waitress to check in on us, take a drinks order and get our food. When the food finally arrived it was cold and not enjoyable to eat. We do appreciate our bill being covered and the offer to get dessert on the house. Hopefully the service will be better managed next time we come.

We’re longtime Earls fans and we like to go here often to enjoy the great ambiance, delicious food and the excellent service. You can’t really go wrong with anything on their menu, we’ve yet to find something we don’t like! It was super busy last night but our server was very attentive, she greeted everyone with a great smile and her service was wonderful. Earls does it right again and we’ll definitely be back!

The reserved table was not ideal sitting on a narrow table in a corridor changed table 3 times not happy with providing ideal sitting. Requested table by window and waited for them to clean up

We made a reso weeks before for 4:30 (early) on a Tuesday and asked for a nice comfy table for 4 ladies with a nice view. Hostess told us was not busy, parking was good. Restaurant only had maybe 6 tables sat. Massive restaurant 85% empty when we arrived. When we got there the hostess walked us to a corner table, I said no please we didn't want to be stuffed in a corner and she moved us over a couple tables but still along a wall where half our party would face a wall. When I mentioned the reso was for a special occasion and we had requested a table with view (lots had views, lots available), she said those are all taken. They sat empty for 2 hours - which was our time allotment for the reso anyway. So when I book weeks in advance for an early time, and those table sat empty for almost 2 hours, that was super disappointing. She didn't read the reso comments at all. Never asked about our special occasion. I understand reso and table planning (plenty of restaurant experience in house), this was not the case. She was simply inattentive to the reso comments, to my comments when seated in the least appealing spot of the empty restaurant and wasn't the least bit phased or aware of my disappointment.

Had a lovely family dinner at our local Earl's. Our server was friendly and efficient. Dining room seating was comfortable and we enjoyed the ambiance. I ordered the Biryani Chicken. Very generous portion- usually other places will not provide enough rice to go with the dish but fortunately this wasn't the case at Earl's! However, I've had my fair share of Indian food growing up - both dining out and homemade, and I found the biryani dish to lack lndian spices (and I'm not talking about heat level). The dish needed more flavour to live up to its name.

I have given 5 star reviews previous to this one as it was outstanding however I was disappointed this last time. I brought my friend for his bday. The staff knew the server knew, my online booking knew. I was so excited expecting the same sweet bday candle with a the lil thing they did like the last few times when I brought special friends to Earls for their bday. Absolutely nothing Not good. Big let down. I don’t understand. Different staff this time. Read my previous review as it was amazing. So bummed this time. :(

Side of fries was over $10 which is obscene they we're also undersalted and cold, many of our group had issues with food, allergies not being taken into account and hair in food. Margharita was pure sugar and horrible. Service was so slow.

The service was very slow. The server had too many tables for his service level. The manager walked around but did not check on tables and see which servers needed help. We had to wait a long time to give our order and then to get drink refills and a very long time to get the bill. The take out and delivery service orders are picked up from the rear door and that is very annoying. They stand right in the restaurant beside customers trying to enjoy their meals. Pickup should be at the entrance and you should come up with a text system as to when the person should enter the restaurant to get the order.

Great service, delicious food and where we sat in the covered patio was ideal. A bit noisy at first so a bit hard to visit. Our server Georgina was attentive and knowledgeable and even brought us sweet treats as it was a very special reunion. Thank you for making it memorable.

Had a wonderful lunch experience at this Earl’s. The server was quick and thoughtful. She even brought my guest an adorable birthday dessert with a candle. That was a perfect touch and I appreciated it.

It’s noisy and the service is hit or miss. One minute they’re coming by asking for your order and then the next no one is around. We skipped ordering a dessert as no one came by. We had to flag hostess running takeout to ask for the bill. Overall the food and atmosphere are pleasant in the dining area; it is a loud restaurant; just a higher price point for what you’d expect from this type of casual eating establishment.

Came in with my daughter for an Easter dinner. Riley took great care of us. Even though he looked busy he made sure that our food was tasting amazing and our drinks full. Exceptional service! Definitely will be back!

It was a little loud on the patio but our food and service was outstanding. It was my first time at this location. It is a beautiful restaurant and lovely patio.

Although we have some issues on the salmon and the steak, the staff has been replaced a new one and gave us free on the issue dishes which we didn’t expect this service. We feel very passionate about the outstanding service of the restaurant. Thank you!
