Made a reservation here for my adult daughter's birthday. When we arrived there was a hand written birthday wishes card and balloons on the table! That was a very nice touch - thank you! Food was great and everyone had a great time.

Great night out with my wife. The food and beverages were excellent. The Margarita pizza is truly delicious with such flavourful ingredients and cooked to perfection. Thank you Nick, Natalia, and Joe for making it so enjoyable. Hope to see you again soon.

Chicken wings were undercooked The burgers were cold. Server did not pay attention. Left us with appetizers for 10 minutes with no side plates or napkins. Were nice enough though to bring dessert as we were celebrating my sis graduating. Wouldnt pick this place next time.

It took a long time for our appetizers to arrive - about 30 minutes (2 orders of wings and one clam-chowder soup), and when we finally got them, within 7 minutes the main courses came while we were still munching on the appy's. So they were slow on the appy's when we were there.

Everything was very good EXCEPT I had madd a reservation and when we arrived I was disappointed to learn that we were stuck in the back of the bar rather than in the dining room. It’s noisier and I feel it isn’t the right atmosphere for younger people (1-15). Had I known you didn’t have room for us, I would have gone somewhere else.

The lunch time crowd was noisy; fortunately our table was situated in a corner area where we could at least talk and be heard. After 1:15 pm the lunch crowd started to dissipate so hearing and talking was easier. Food was great, service was slow due to the busy times we had scheduled but overall a nice experience.

Our server was so energetic and polite. He had a lot of tables and never looked stressed. And gave us all the attention and help we needed. I didn’t get his name but he was fabulous. Food was great too!

Excellent food and service, as always! Tried the sushi tacos with tofu and they were fantastic. There's a reason this location is one of our go-to spots. It never disappoints!

We were a party of six. Five of the entrées were good (although the plum sauce was forgotten for one). But one was one of their limited-time specials. It was chicken parmigiana with mushroom risotto. They used jasmine rice, which is unbelievably incorrect, and it had no flavour. And the chicken was the flash-frozen type! We sent it back. The waiter asked if we wanted the manager. We said yes. Manager never came. They did take it off the bill though. In addition, because of the layout of the main doors, the restaurant was very cold. We kept our coats on the whole time. I normally like Earl’s, but I don’t recommend this location.

It was a nice experience but somewhere the food wasn't taken care of. My beer pitcher had some foreign objects floating on top. The chicken wings were not worth money. The kale mushroom pizza was fire

Our family loves Earls for brunch. Today the service was not fantastic but the supervisor quickly jumped in to make sure we left happy. Always a great meal, great ambiance, and good service. Thanks Earls!

Food was delicious and the service was stellar despite the restaurant being very busy. Balloons for the birthday were a really nice touch and a big hit with the 5 yr old at our table. The birthday person appreciated the complementary dessert.

Everything was good but the server asked if we would like dessert while we were still eating our mains, we said no so he proceeded to hand me the bill. I said I’d like to finish my food first so he went away. When he came back I paid my bill and we never saw him again, he didn’t even clear our dirty plates even though we all still had drinks to finish.

The food was spectacular and it didn’t take long to come out. I appreciate that they put birthday balloons on our table for my nephew. My entree itself was overpriced (but again, delicious so I’m fine with it.) My only feedback is that our server didn’t have any support staff, so we didn’t get side plates with apps nor were any of our glasses or dishes bussed during the time we were seated.

Typically love Earls but the service at this location was horrible. I’d suggest south common if you’re dinning on the south side.

Really noisy, chaotic atmosphere tonight. When seated at a table with two fabric loveseat-type chairs, the upholstery was covered in food crumbs, which we attempted to brush off before sitting. The hostess seemed unbothered by the state of the seats and just wait for us to finish so she could hand us our menus and leave. Our waiter was kind and friendly, as were other staff that delivered drinks or food. Overall it wasn’t a great Earls experience. This location seems rundown in some areas, missing attention to detail. Disappointing for the price point.

Last night I sat in the lounge and my server Emily was the best! My friend and I tried a bunch of different drinks and the bartenders Faith and Abby were fantastic. The manager Meaghan also stopped by our table to ensure we were having a good night. Thank you Earls Crossroads!

Server was good but food was not the best. Food was just Luke warm. Not cold enough to send back but not warm enough to enjoy. Desert was great.

We eat at Earls different locations around the Province at least 1 a month. This was the first time we were actually disappointed with our food. The wings were very fatty, not crispy. The pasta for two of the meals was undercooked. I had a steak that had no flavour to go with my side of mushrooms without flavour. These are our go to meals so we know they should all be a lot better. My son was happy with his meal. Did we say anything no, because we still ate the food.

Food was excellent but the lounge music was way too loud and no one could talk-we just yelled at each other. Music station was also very bad and not our style.
