I had a great experience at the Clareview Earls for lunch. The new menu items are delicious and the servers were attentive and kind. I will be back!

There was a significant amount of confusion from the waiters. We did have a few. This lead to drinks and food served incorrectly.

Usually love having a bite or cocktails at various Earls locations but this one was disappointing. We had reservations and were 10min late ourselves. There were many open tables but we still had to wait another 15min to get seated. The first server asked if we were celebrating, which we explained that yes it was a special dinner for 3 different occasions. Our main server then came but there was no acknowledgement of them. They were prompt with getting our orders out in a timely manner but 2 mains were way heavily salted (they are our usual orders at any earls). Still enjoy earls but unlikely to return to this location

I was disappointed. In the reservation, I notes it was our 45 Wedding Anniversary and asked for a special dessert. There was no recognition that it was a special occasion for us.

The food was amazing. The customer service was wonderful. They made sure to wish my boyfriend happy birthday. Made him feel special. From the hostess right to the manager. Everyone wished him a happy birthday.

We choose Earls Clareview for a number of family birthday dinners and are generally pleased. The food is consistent. The server didn't mention the specials to our dad even after he ordered a beer that wasn't on special while other beers were on special. The restaurant was very quiet with not many patrons, especially in the bar area considering there was an Oilers playoff game that evening. I remember it being busier during playoffs in previous years. Perhaps it has something to do with Earls prices continuing to rise while the food remains consistently good but not up to par with Edmonton's growing options for unique and local restaurants with fantastic menus.

I waited more than an hour to get my server or their helper to take our order. A lot of other people who arrived after us were eating their meals and we were still waiting. We ended up just asking for the bill to pay for the drinks and left.

3 out of 5 meals were so dry we had to ask for sauce. House white tasted vinegary. Service was fantastic though.

I feel there is no good sound barriers - I could have been in about 6 tables conversations- it was over stimulating

My kid and I love the dynamite roll. Our server Lianne was phenomenal and very attentive to my kids needs. Will be back soon

The food was great and came out fast. Our server just never checked back with us after she took our plates away so we waited about 20 min for the bill.

We were sat near the door which was very cold. When we asked to be moved the staff said they weren’t allowed even though there were open tables elsewhere. A BS excuse! Not impressed. The salmon was well cooked, no complaints about that. The asparagus was way overcooked and tough like trying to eat a piece of rope. And the rice was overcooked as well. It’s too bad. We’ve always enjoyed Earls.

The service was good but the food was not worth the money. Also they didn't even put my potatoes on the plate they brought them out to me after I had already eaten most of my meal.

I was there for brunch and the food was cold. This is the second time I try their brunch menu out and I’m definitely still disappointed. Avoid brunch at Earls. Im sure you would have better luck with appetizers.

We had an amazing birthday for my mom. Our server Eric was very attentive. Always there when we needed him. Spot on with drinks and refills. We needed a spot for the cake and a few extra seats. Eric accomplished that and more. We really appreciated the wonderful evening. We definitely felt spoiled and my mom needed this night out. Zero complaints

I ordered the the pizza and it was horrible, drenched in oil. The lettuce wraps were super disappointing albeit a great presentation.

The hostesses were awesome and so was our server Kayla. She listened to us and answered questions well and honestly. She was professional and courteous and she provided us with excellent, polite service. She's great at what she does!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Due to the bar, it's a very noisy restaurant. The food is quality, but my steak was tough. Desserts are delicious and large.

Always a great time at this location. Our waiter Garrett had a few big party tables including us and I thought he handled it the best he could. Food and drinks were perfect like always.

It was a very busy night and we had 9 people there for a birthday party! Nick was super polite and able to handle us all with ease! He joked around with us and made the experience fun! Food was amazing!! Great night for us all!
