I was with a friend for lunch. I decided to have the Cobb salad, with shrimp. Best lunch decision I've made in a long, long time. It was absolutely delicious. Next time I go to Earl's, that's what I'll have.

Can’t fault the service they were great and accommodating to our needs. The food wasn’t the greatest for the price you pay. Rice with the salmon was hard, dry and unseasoned and vegetables just needed a little bit more cooking and seasoning. Salmon was okay, that was seasoned but overly so. My husband said his burger tasted burnt. We wouldn’t be in a rush to go back.

My wife and I hadn’t been back for a few years and were pleasantly surprised with this location. The food was extra delicious in Happy Hour, much better than we remember from prior visits. and our service team of Caitlyn, and Zac the manager, was out of this world. Friendly, attentive, and a very personable crew . We felt like royalty. We will be back!

Typically I would not leave negative reviews however this experience was doomed from start to finish. We were happily greeted by the host. She sat my colleague who has major health issues and difficulty breathing to the dining area rather than the noise lounge. She was pleasant and very informative. However after she left the experience went downhill. We sat for 20 minutes without any service, water or acknowledgement. A server was cleaning messy table around us but didn’t not acknowledge us despite me asking her assistance. She said she would come but continued focusing on the tables. When I asked the original hostess who our server was she mentioned that she made a mistake and didn’t assign one to us. She offered to pay for our appetizers which was nice. Our server Risa was welcoming and bubbly. After ordering 2 medium rare filet mignon steaks with prawns we waited another 30minutes as their kitchen was backed up. Upon receiving our meals the steaks were overcooked. Typically I would eat it regardless however given that we were paying $60 per plate, we wanted to get what we ordered. The server offered to place another order as a rush order. 15mins later we received our new plates however they were cooked well done. At this point we have wasted more than an hour. We ate the shrimp and some veggies but at this point my friend needed to head back to prepare for his surgery the following day. The manager was pleasant enough to comp our meals and offer another chance to redo the experience. Although appreciate the gesture, the damage was done. What was suppose to be an intimate dinner with an old friend who is 73 years old and has health concerna, turned into close to a 2 hour conversation over diet cokes. Given the total amount of time wasted we didn’t even finish our steaks and left very disappointed. Earls is a great establishment. Everyone has bad days however the kitchen really messed this experience for us and left me with a bitter taste.

We had the lettuce wraps. chcken risotto dish and the ahi tuna bowl. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our choices, and shared with one another. Would definitely come again to this location for the ambiance as well as the food.

I have dined at this Earl's several times and have had no issues. On Saturday April 13 there were 5 of us at the table and all ordered at once. Three meals came and two were missed. They did come but if we had not told our table mates to eat without us, their food would have been cold. We did get our meals with a slight apology (blaming the kitchen) It would have been nice too have been offered a complementary desert or discount on our meal.

Booked a reso for a celebratory meal and had a great time! Service was great! Zach was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us celebrate with some free dessert. Felt well attended to but never rushed and he always had a smile even though it was super busy when we were there! Thanks Zach :)

We were originally sat in the lounge but a massive table came right beside us and it was so loud. So the staff kindly moved us over to the dining room. Food was amazingly tasty but the amount of pasta compared to the amount of chicken in my Chicken Alfredo was very imbalanced. You really need to allow for more chicken. I’m paying an awful lot for noodles.

My food was ok. Nothing spectacular. The reason for the low score was for a few reasons first. Although my friend was happy with the three course chef special for $35. My main complaint is that they charge you for Soda refills which I find frustrating. Pop costs a company literal cents to make and the fact I had to pay $5.00 twice for a Diet Coke without alcohol is crazy. We were also seated by the door and it was absolutely freezing. Every time the door opened a gust of end of winter/ early spring wind got us. We all wore our jackets while eating. The place was very loud but given its proximity to the university not surprising. I am still frustrated about the Soda charge. Not sure if I would go back because of that

On a super busy night with lots of unexpected things happening, the staff at Earl's Camous still made our group of 7 feel welcome and well taken care of. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the servers on our table were great.

I took my son there for his birthday. He enjoyed the food but thought it was a little pretentious and the food size a little small. He liked the way his steak was cooked. The serving of potatoes, I thought would have been okay for me but for him one small scope was not nearly enough. Overall, it was good.

Running out of salmon at 6:15 was ridiculous. So we ordered fettuccine and it was tasteless. We mentioned that and waitress didn’t seem to care. Noise level was very loud!! Birthday treat was nice though.

Made reservations at Earls just before we attending a show at the Jubilee. Food was excellent, everything was cooked perfectly! Drink were amazing too! However, the service was awful. We were seated right away and no one came to the table for about 10+ mins. Finally the manager came over briefly and got our drink order and brought some water over but we still hadn’t even talked to our server. She finally came and we gave her our food order but we in a bit of a rush now to eat bc we had a show to get to. Earls usually has good service but it felt they could have cared less about our table.

We were disappointed the oven was broken & we had to change our menu choices (found out when we ordered, not when we were greeted by our server and ordered our drinks). However the options we ended with were good and a ervice was great as always.

Query why at 5:30pm pizza would not be available?? So noisy in restaurant the waitress had to repeat everything! She apologized a lot for the noise! Excellent staff & services. A bit pricey IMO!

Our Pulled Chicken Sandwich was very tasty. It wasn’t as good as our usual Cajun Chicken Sandwich but it was nice to try something different and it did not disappoint.

The noise level was over the top. Impossible to converse with fellow diners without shouting right into their ear. Not a pleasant place to dine. Food was okay as was the service. Not likely to return As well the washrooms are down a very long flight of stairs to a narrow hallway. Not a comfortable place for a single women to visit

We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated and we had reservations. There was no proper place to wait. Everyone was crowed in the entrance way. There was a lot of elderly people made to stand, some for more than an hour. I was so not impressed. They were totally unorganized. They had a lot of empty tables that chould have been set up ahead of time. The food was really good but we had to rush through our meal because we had tickets to the Jub. The whole experience was not enjoyable. They need to do better.

I had the surf and turf, the sirloin steak was tough and the shrimp was bland as they were served without any seasoning or sauce. The caramelized cheese cake was dry and not very sweet. However, the clam chowder was amazing as always. Probably won’t be back as there is only a few favourite items I have at Earl’s and this time when I tried something different, I was disappointed.

The food and service was exceptional. The only drawback was, we were seated near the front door, and we got a blast of cold air every time the door was open. And since it was a busy night, we were chilled for most of the meal. We would definitely return again, just we would never sit by the front door.

I booked a reservation very last minute in the standard lounge seating around 6:30 and it was perfect. Service was very fast, drinks were always topped off and music wasn’t too loud. My partner and I had a great time:)

As many of the patrons that night, we had tickets to an event at the Jubilee Auditorium. Unfortunately, our food seemed to be very delayed in comparison to other tables. We were able to get to the show in lots of time, but did have to rush through our meal. However, most often our pre-show service is excellent, and we'll likely dine there again pre-show.

It is a great place to go before a show at the Jubilee. You absolutely need to make a reservation. The selection accommodates everyone’s taste and we were out within an hour. Excellent service, the only down side is it was very noisy.
