Our server was awesome. The support staff were also great and attentive. We enjoyed our meals and drinks. The music was a little loud for my parents as it wasn’t their type of music and the volume was pretty high. We still enjoyed our evening very much.

The experience was great as always, service was a bit slow since there was a hockey game happening but overall everything was good. The only comment I would make is about their new Sesame Citrus Noodle Bowl. The noodles were stuck together and it was overpowered by the flavor of cilantro. there wasn't really any citrus flavors but I guess it was good.

New menu items are great! I've had the Cobb Salad a couple times and yesterday tried the Prosciutto Arugula pizza - sooooo good! When I dine alone during playoffs, I always sit at the bar so I have unobstructed view of the Canucks. The bartending staff are great and they never let my glass run empty.

We had a party of 7 who went to the Mother’s Day 2024 experience. It’s a vibrant location and I love how the restaurant is very spacious and intelligently designed. Even though all the tables were full, we didn’t feel crowded at all. Tonight was special because in addition to it being Mother’s Day, the Canucks Round 2, Game 3 playoff game was also shown on all the TVs. The whole restaurant erupted in cheers every time the Canucks scored 😁 I’m very impressed with the staff at this restaurant. They were very attentive and apologized for the kitchen being a bit behind. They brought us two complimentary appetizers after we finished our ordered appetizers while we waited for our main entrées to come. At the end of the meal they also brought us three complimentary Mother’s Day mini-desserts to share 🥰 Our entire experience was SO good. All the food was prepared well and very delicious and again, all the staff were friendly and inviting. This location is definitely worth visiting! ❤️

Beautiful space and wonderful staff! Happy hour brunch and non alcohol options were appreciated the eggs came out wrong the first time but was quickly corrected. Also heard the kitchen doing a little “morning cheer” which was awesome to hear. Happy team means happy customers!!

Our server Harlan was peppy and knowledgeable, checking in regularly without being overbearing. His fun attitude and quick service helped us have a great experience from beginning to end.

Poor service and messed up order. Note that Hockey Night at Earl’s is only for the hours of the Canucks game, and they will not honour prices for the other NHL games playing despite booking this experience at our reservation time. Not sure why they offer and encourage booking this “experience” for a 5:30 reservation if they won’t even honour or offer it until 7PM and beyond.

Server Hayli was excellent - very attentive without being intrusive. Informative and helpful. Great job in service! Food was very tasty. Calamari delicious only slightly chewy. Salmon dish also had good flavours but could benefit from more aoli, as the dish was overall somewhat dry.

Had a great time! The aesthetic is great, service was top notch and the food was really good. Definitely will be back ✨ also, they ran out of the cheesecake with Chantelle cream and berries but apparently it is The Best.

We had a great time & Haili gave us a fantastic service. Even though she seemed busy, she managed to order the food without having mistakes or any delay and kept checking on us and all the other tables. Great ambiance as always!

These are my people! I come here quite frequently and never had a bad experience. I like that they switch up the menu from time to time to keep things interesting. Brentwood is super popular so it’s always best to make reservations. If you’re driving, you can park free. Just scan the code at the reception desk and enter your password.

I made the reservation for my birthday celebration with two friends and we had a great time! The front door staff met me with a welcoming happy birthday and card from Earl's. The service was above and beyond and made me feel special throughout our visit. Thank you, and I will never forget the Crem Brule! Amazing!!!

This was my first time at Earl’s at Brentwood. Everything about my visit was outstanding. My nephew and I had such an enjoyable time. Our server was cognizant of the need for the two of us to talk. We were looked after but never felt intrusive. That was one of the best parts of lunch, having time to catch up and not being bothered. We shared the Spinach and Three Cheese Dip. What a delicious starter! I had the chicken tender and fries and the tenders were cooked to perfection! My nephew had the Roast Beef sandwich from the New and Notable menu. It was juicy, fresh and scrumptious! I highly recommend a visit to Earl’s. Everything about my experience was 💯!!

Adam is an excellent server, food was amazing, and the brunch happy hour can't be beat! Hot coffee was kept topped up throughout. Made our brunch experience very pleasant :)

I have been ordering the Hunan Kung Po for over 15 years and this order was not good. The chicken was overcooked and dry and the noodles seem to be different, a bit more tough than in the past. There needs to be a renewed focus on this timeless classic.

Food at their Cactus Club locations better than at Earls. Earl has lost its glory.

Ben Ben Ben he is the waiter you want and need! I cannot stress how fantastic he made our experience there! Earls never disappoints with food and ambiance but our waiter Ben was what made our experience so much more memorable and amazing!! Thank you for being an amazing person and taking care of us for the evening

The ambiance was great and so was the food . It all came together because of the amazing service provided by Shanon that evening.She took care of every detail- when to bring the snacks , main entree and the dessert. All perfectly timed . A shout out to her for making it a truly memorable experience . Her attentiveness and friendly demeanour enhanced our meal and made us feel valued guests .

The server was very rude, he gave me unwelcome service. He just showed up at our table in the middle of our conversation and saying “dessert time!” Then asking “separate bills or together?” . Also the staff was talking about people not tipping them in front of us which is so unprofessional and annoying.
