    Decided to try the new Earls at Brentwood, great that they offer free parking! It was Saturday night and place was very full so noise level was high. There was an issue with one of our meals which the server fixed in a reasonable time then also gave us a dessert to share gratis . Server wasn’t able to come by our table very often and had to request another staff for our bill.

    The food and service was very good. Can’t believe what these places charge for a salad however. It is ridiculous.

    Ordered a queen bee pizza and in the description it did not mention any onions on it however when the pizza came out it had lots of onions. My brother has an allergy to onions and had to wait another 30 mins for them to remake the pizza. We also had a hard time finding our server as she seemed to be busy in a different area and did not check in on us once to ask how our food was. In the end we had to pay for the pizza. It’s the principle of the matter that my brother had to wait so much extra time when the issue came from the restaurant not stating all ingredients on the pizza.

    Very vibrant place, service quick, a bit long to pay, got a dessert to encourage coming more often haha, really did not ask for it

    I had booked a table 2 days before when we got there the host had to check on our table, we sat and waited For it. She came back and didn't say anything to us there was lots of tables available!!! Then we see someone cleaning a table,we asked what was going on as by then we had waited for over 5 mins for our table and there is lots of tables we were able to sit at!!! And the host had now attend to other the person that was cleaning the table also set it up then walked away. And a couple of minutes later she came and showed us to our table it was the one she cleaned and set up!!! Why did we have to wait 10 mins before be sat down when so many tables where available? Then it went almost 10 mins for our waiter to come to us his excuse was he just arrived for his shift. Very poor service!!!!
