Food was ok. Quality used to be much better. Have been going here for 5 years and this was most likely our last time here. Food is overpriced for the value you get. You are basically paying for a chain restaurant in the Prudential center. For spending ~$200 on a meal the service was mediocre at best. Took us 10 minutes from the time we sat down to be seen by a waiter/waitress. Would recommend only for ambiance at best.

Caroline was INCREDIBLE!! It was a super busy evening (college graduation season) and she made sure to be attentive, helpful, and handled everything with professionalism & energy! The burger & tuna sushi roll were both 10/10 and Caroline’s kindness was the finishing touch to the night!

I couldn’t even hear anyone at my table, food was mediocre at best, did nothing extra for my graduation celebration. Wouldn’t come back here for anything

I took my self on a solo date for my birthday; they didn’t do anything special for me as far as dessert or anything goes ! Food was very delicious

Were out of 3 things we wanted to order. Took a VERY long time to receive our food and it didn't seem to be very warm - maybe sitting around which is why it took so long to get it. Where I was sitting was very cold - had to wear my coat. Waiter did his best and was very polite but took too long to get our food.

The service was incredible, we felt like our server was attentive but not hovering or pushy to move us along. The food and drinks were good, though some of the food came out cold when it shouldn't have been. We went on a Friday night and the restaurant was packed and somewhat loud (not unexpected for a Friday).

Really bad service, have to wait for so lkng to get someone come to order and check. Took my ID when I purchased alcohol alcohol and never give me back until I ask. I also ask for a couple bucks to take out leftover, I told the waitress there are three dishes that need to take out including one soup and she ended up only give us one box. ????

Earl's has been a favorite for years but recently I went with a few friends and was somewhat disappointed. I love getting the spicy tuna rolls but boy they cut down on the portion size. Tiny rolls, no spice and not many of them. Also, the garden salad lacked much from the garden with only lettuce, a few croutons and a few red radish slices. Only ONE option for dressing I was told. ?? and the waiter brought me pure vinegar saying that was the only option for balsamic dressing. It was odd. Our server was sweet and did take the salad off the bill and mentioned she agreed about the limited options f(only 1 option) or dressings.

Very pleasantly surprised about the quality of the food. Took my parents here and they were very happy, so I am very happy. The seafood was really fresh and the chicken and bbq ribs were very tender.

Supper disappointed with my server. We asked for a straw because my son has sensitivity to cold drinks and the server never brought it over. 20 minutes later we had to ask someone else. When our food came out, not ONE time did he ask how it was, if we needed anything else, nothing at all! I would have liked to have some pepper. We had to literally ask for a box and the check. It was ridiculous! Food was good. I still provided a 20% tip even thou the service was dreadful… Probably will not go back to the Prudential location again for awhile.

this was my third time back to earls, i loved the place but this time back i brought my mother for her birthday and the whole menu has changed so it was like coming for the first time. PROS: *the staff there was excellent just very busy, even got to meet the manager very stylish and lively. *the place is gorgeous and very energetic. *they are attentive as much as possible. PRO/CON *food arrived cold to the table but the flavor was there. CONS: *they suggested a birthday shot for the birthday girl but this was not on the house and we didn't even get the birthday dessert brought to our table even though i booked it as a birthday dinner. *drinks didn't meet the price value.

They were very gracious with us. The high seats were a little too snug for me and I requested for a different spot. They were very busy and still managed to love us to another table without a wait. Good food as well.

We had a large party and our waiter was on top of things throughout the meal, he was very kind- pulling our chairs out and pushing them in as we sat, and a fun ball of energy- having a good time with us as we celebrated a bachelorette party. We had a fantastic time and he was a big part of what made it so enjoyable!

Enjoyed Earls snd the location. Outside seating was great. Our server was great but took a long time to get our drinks. Apps and our lunch came out together which we did not expect. Put down lunch was for a special occasion and nothing was done on that or asked what we would like. Not a big deal but why ask? We would definitely go back !

A lovely, if loud, dinner! Came here for a date night on a Saturday before seeing a show, and was surprised how bustling and noisy the dining room was. Not terrible, but definitely a slightly clubby vibe. Ahi tuna poke was delicious, as was the queso avocado dip. Our server was so friendly and helpful!

Maybe just an off night, but our appetizers and entrees came out 30 seconds apart so we ended up with a table so crowded with food that it was actually difficult to eat without knocking something over. Eating shouldn’t be stressful at those prices. And when the waitress acted disappointed that one of our party wanted dessert we knew that we were definitely being rushed out the door. Finally, if you don’t care for club music played at a high volume during you meal, this is not the place for you.

Service was impeccable ! I am so mad I can’t remember our servers name to shout her out. I was impressed and I haven’t had service like that in a really long time. She was efficient and on point all night and made sure that when the kitchen was lacking that she could make our experience the best she could. The only reason this got a 3 star review was because the food took over 30 minutes, the one steak at the table was not cooked properly, and unfortunately the food had us all sick after dinner. I have been coming to Earl’s for years and unfortunately the prudential location and Somerville location has never met the standard for cooking steak properly. As for being sick , I’ve never gotten sick from Earl’s , this was the first time , if I had to assume it had to be the truffle oil used to infuse our sides as that is what all three of us had in common with our plates. Even though my visits to Earl’s locations are never perfect there is usually something that always keeps me coming back , this time it would be the service & good drinks that would get me back in. Safe to say Earl’s is a great appetizer and drink location , consistently their meals / main events tend to miss the mark for my family and I.

Every time I eat at Earls, I have really great food and the service is almost always exceptional. Last night was no different. I had a delicious meal and a really friendly waiter. The only thing that was tough was how loud the music was. We were sitting at a 2 top and it was hard to have a conversation with my friend. I know this is an old person thing to say and I am only in my 30s but its true. Otherwise, perfect.

We had such a lovely evening celebrating. They accommodated everything, the food was delicious and our server Sid was amazing!

Earls never disappoints. Nick G, our server was attentive, food was amazing, and drinks were delicious. We’d recommend the Smoked Strawberry Margarita. We ate at Earls twice last year during marathon weekend and both the GM, Lynn and manager, Paul remembered us and stopped by our table to say hello and talk. They care about the customer experience and this goes a long way. We will be back.

The food and service were excellent. The noise level unfortunately was too high for conversation. My husband’s Apple Watch told him the environment was unhealthily loud.

Delicious. Probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Get their mashed potatoes. Try the truffle butter. You can’t go wrong with any of the drinks, and the ambiance is modern but very cozy at the same time. 10/10.
