Best casual dining experience I’ve had in recent memory. Food was good and came out fast and at the right temperatures. Kitchen also accommodated our special requests for our toddler. Only minor issue was that some of the greens in the salad were yellowed and not as crisp. Special thanks to our server Jarred who took care of our table with the perfect balance of attentiveness - never absent but also not hovering.

Mohammad, Callum and Christina were wonderful and efficient! The new Cobb salad was excellent! Good to see Darla after some time. Earls Ambleside has a terrific team that interacts well with its customers! Congratulations!

The service was outstanding. The steak is always cooked to perfection. This was my first time having ribs and they were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

My friend and ordered sushi rolls and were not crazy about them. Rice was gummy because it was mixed with some sort of sauce. I was surprised and disappointed the prawns were in batter and deep fried?! Very skimpy serving of wasabi. We agreed that we wouldn’t order them again. Another friend ordered the lettuce wrap. Again the chicken seemed to be deep fried?

Jarred was my server. He wasn't around a lot his server assist had to take my order. It took longer than normal after my order was taken to get my food.

Had an awesome dining experience for a late Mother's Day Lunch. Our server, Callum, was very awesome, attentive and made the experience enjoyable for my family. He even brought out a complimentary dessert for my mom to make her feel extra special! Always a treat visiting this location

We came here for mother's Day brunch and had a fantastic time. The staff were all very professional and friendly and immediately helped us to our table. Our brunch was fantastic (highly recommend the Crab Cake Benny!) and service was super friendly and attentive throughout our meal, even when it got really busy before we left. Went for a walk on the beach afterwards. Perfect mother's day activity!

Our server and all the staff were fantastic. Very attentive and great customer service. The two areas that could have been improved upon were: 1. From the moment we sat down until anyone acknowledges us to take a drink/appetizer order or pour water was 16 minutes. That is definitely too long. 2. My father ordered surf and turf and only got the "turf" We were billed for the surf but didn't notice until we got home. Told my dad he should've spoken up in the moment, but still disappointing to be billed for an item we didn't receive at the table.

Reserved for happy hour but found service extremely disjointed and slow. Our server introduced themselves but never returned. We were served by 5 different people. Order was taken incorrectly. Maybe just bad luck with shift change or something?

I ordered Steak Frites and I asked for med-rare, but when my order was delivered and I began to eat it, it was very rare, especially in the middle. I should have told our server, but we rarely saw him and when I did I couldn’t get her attention. I was really hungry, so I just ate it, but I would have enjoyed it so much more it it was cooked correctly. Perhaps I got someone else’s order? Anyways, I was disappointed. I’ve ordered it several times before and I know it’s really good. A little disappointed in the service too, but it was busy.

We ordered a seafood platter, steak frites and a margarita pizza The seafood platter came after 45 minutes The steak came immediately We asked four times for the seafood platter (appy) after our entrees were done They finally brought it out in the sloppiest presentation possible The sushi was squished onto a tiny side plate which almost looked like somebody’s leftovers

We got a table immediately and a server brought us water. I found thewine to be expensive. I the liquor store thevwine is $20 and an 8 ounce glass was $20. The angry chicken was delicious. The hamburger was perfect with the exception that the two heels of the tomato were on it which made it difficult to eat. Our server was friendly and very efficient

Our brunch plate of prawn Benedict was excellent. We exchanged the potatoes pavé with yams fries. Fantastic! Our server, Callum, even remembered us and remembered our order from previous visits. The greeter at the door, Diego, accompanied us to our table and exchanged with us a lively and knowledgeable conversation. What a great employee! At the entrance we were helped in our reservation by a gentleman, I am sorry I didn’t asked his name, he was so busy with a large group, but efficiently he handled everyone even being with a broken arm. We’ll be back soon, as we enjoy our weekend brunch, in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Sauna and Kaila at reception and Janice in the dining room were terrific! It was good to see Lin ! The omelettes were very good! Thank you for another good experience…

The service and food was good. My brother-in-law found that his breakfast lacked chorizo. Otherwies everything was good

Good food reasonably priced , nice service, ordered cappuccinos very watery and we were told that machine wasn’t working shouldn’t have offered them , took them off the bill, offered us Prosecco at end of lunch as it was our anniversary too late could have been nice before lunch but nice offer so gave us complimentary desert overall a really nice experience.

I hadn't eaten at this Earls before, or at Earls for a while. Food was pretty good, but surprisingly expensive for what we received. Service was OK but a bit slow. We showed up on time for our reservation but didn't sit down for 15 min, and then it took quite a long time to get our orders taken and never received water at the table. The place has a nice atmosphere.

Showed up. Mas confusion at front desk. On seater was running around like a chicken. My meal was only bad meal really. Rare burger and old old fries. Wife found a hair in her meal at the very end. Oh. Sorry. Only saving grace was they gave me the wrong bill. Only half of what it should have been. Not going back

We waited 30 minutes to be served and get water and an hour for our food. When our food came my order was wrong.

Went for breakfast with our grandkids and we got a beautiful table at the window. Food was great and our waiter was brilliant.
