We had cocktails, appetizers, and dinner and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful! They brought out complementary dessert to celebrate our son’s birthday, which was a nice surprise. We will be back!

Expensive and very average. The “steamed gyoza” was not steamed……deep or pan fried. 4 small gyozas. Nothing special, quality similar to frozen gyoza from the Asian market. Dragon roll sounded delicious based on the menu description, but was nothing special. A small roll considering the premium price. The salmon Buddha bowl was a small portion with fresh ingredients, but no flavor. I added left over sauce from the gyoza to make it a little less bland. Overall this was an expensive meal and very forgettable, we will not return.

Great service, nice treat for partner’s birthday ! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed ourselves, we will be back.

Food is consistently good as usual. Service was slow overall. Host indicated they were short staffed so we could not sit outside as requested on our reservation. He did seat us by open window.

I eat here quite frequently. I have noticed food quality continuously go down- it’s inconsistent how it’s prepared, presented, etc - and the quality doesn’t seem as fresh and nice. Wait time during meal was ridiculous. Rarely saw server- seems there may have been staffing issues but idk. One of our appetizers never came out, and we had finished our meal before I could alert her bc the other app (which was completely cold queso that seemed to been old and sitting) came out with our entrees. Server was not pleasant but not a huge deal, just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Ambiance was lame- it’s turning into a teeny bop place- e+o has almost completely lost its upper scale appeal and quality very quickly, mostly bc of this location.

The appetizer, edamame, took 20 minutes, and was way over cooked. Our brunch then arrived a minute later, despite asking for the app first. We had to look for our server to order additional drinks. They did remove the edamame from our bill, but overall our experience was just so so.

We had a less then desirable experience. Our reservation was at 5. We received a text at 4:30 that our table was ready. We arrived at 4:40 and checked in. The host told us we would get a text when our table was ready. Half the restaurant was empty and several other groups walked in and got seated before us. Once the host was taking us to a table, he tried to sit us at an open window where directly on the other side a DJ was playing loud music. There were plenty of other tables open. We asked to be seated somewhere else. All the tables are right on top of each other and between the noise level and conversations at the tables next to us, it was hard to hear. The food was mediocre and overpriced for what it was. We actually left hungry.

Had dinner her before a show at Andrew J Brady music center. Very convenient to park in the riverfront garage and walk. We got a starter and two rolls to share which were great but I’m excited to return and try some entrees

The service at this restaurant was really bad. No one was rude but we were ignored the entire time. We sat down at 4:47. A server did not come to our table until 5:10ish and that was after we asked. Meanwhile, the people around us were sat significantly later and received their drinks and apps. The server hardly apologized. The restaurant was not particularly busy and we could see them all chatting instead of serving us. The tables are tight together and my husband was bumped a few times by a waiter (totally on accident.) The server did not make recommendations or really seem interested in our experience at all. The food is tasty but overpriced for the lack of service. We will likely not return to this location. My drink was expensive and mid.

Had the best time enjoying brunch with my girl friends! We had a wide variety of food from both the brunch and lunch menus including the Brussels sprout salad, fried rice and breakfast sandwiches! The ambiance was amazing, service from Skyllar was unbeatable! My favorite part had to be the drinks the espresso martini and spicy margarita are the best! Could not recommend a better place for any occasion!

I have frequented the E&O in Hyde Park many times and have loved each visit, so I was expecting the same reaction at the Banks location. I was not disappointed. I was entertaining guests who had no knowledge of E&O and one was a vegetarian with gluten allergies. E&O had eight choices for my guest including dessert! Food was delivered smoothly and service was excellent. Anything that is marked in a box on the menu, is a Chef’s Choice and will not disappoint. Key Lime pie is amazing. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Food and drinks were amazing, definitely recommend the spicy garlic edamame, gyoza and the chicken fried rice!

The sushi selection and the presentation was top notch. I love the craft cocktails. Outstanding place to have a fun dinner with friends.

Heard alot of good things about E+O. Had a date night with my girlffriend and we went to the Banks location. Restaurant is in good location and easy to find. Nice atmosphere, but it was cold inside, even being away from windows it was still a bit cold. Ordered the Shrimp Ceviche for appetizer, Buddah tuna poke bowl and a Rainbow Roll( i believe). Nothing was bad but just ok. Value was not worth what we had. Could I eat there again ,yes but it will not be on the top of my list.

Fantastic. Friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent. Great place, we will be back.

Food was awesome!!! Heather was the best waitress in the building! I had tuna, wife had halibut and my son had the salmon all three delicious! Very good thanks

Always a greater experience. I have celiac’s so it is so refreshing that the soy sauce is all gluten free. My go to is the steak fried rice and it’s always delicious. The staff is always wonderful as well. Keep up the great work.

The food was just ok. We had fried rice, chicken Katsu, and sushi. In the past, the fried rice was really good. Could be an off night.
