The food was fantastic, and our server, Carson, did a great job. We had the crab cake and the octopus to start. The crab cake was tasty, and the octopus was also delicious, especially in the sauce. The beet salad was fresh, and my wife said the Caesar salad was good. I had the miso salmon, which was a nice piece of fish, and the scallops my wife ordered were also like butter. The truffle mac and cheese was super creamy as well. My one complaint relates to price, especially on the side dishes. I understand that food prices are high, but to only receive FOUR asparagus spears for $12 is, to be blunt, ridiculous. The salmon was good value, and the scallops were worth the price. However, shorting people on vegetables is a really bad idea.

My server was Geneva and she was absolutely amazing. She was on top of everything. She made out experience a 10/10!! The building was beautiful and the dishes were also stunning. The presentation was amazing and so were the flavors of all the dishes!!

Amazing from start to finish. The entire staff is incredibly attentive and polite, the wait staff took great care of our table without us having to ask. The food came out right on time and everything was tasty, the drinks were unique and delicious, and the ambiance was great - it wasn’t distractingly loud or uncomfortably quiet. It’s a great place to catch up with friends, celebrate a special occasion or go on a date.

I always enjoy eating at Dynamite! The chef is adding some new menu items which are very interesting and delicious. For instance, the Compressed Watermelon Salad is absolutely delightful, refreshing and unique. I've become slightly addicted to the Tagliatelle pasta also. I have added shrimp and filet to it, and both were delicious. It's a very rich, but still light pasta dish. It's a must try!

I'd give 1000 stars for the service alone if I could. Their level of service has to be some sort of exceptional level. Superb. Mortal Kombat style flawless victory!!! It was my moms birthday and they were perfect. And I had an additional two guests last minute and they made it work. I do miss the prime rib and the mashed potatoes seemed to be instant but other than that the food was pretty good. Did I mention the service lol I'll be back as usual. Every experience is always 5 star !!!!!

I got the wrong food for what I ordered. I did call and they said they would make it right. Not super happy with the new menu choice. The meat was so tough on my pasta I couldn't cut it let alone eat it.

We had a fantastic evening. Our waiter Armando was the best. He made our experience so enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we had an enjoyable evening. Definitely will ask for him. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious. We will be back to the Dynamite Woodfire Grill.

Ambience is modern and trendy. Very clean and relaxing. Large open dining so if you are feeling romantic, it lacks some privacy. Servers attentive and informed. Seemed to care that you enjoyed yourself and the food. Very knowledgeable about the cuisine. Manhattan was extremely good. Crab cake order was only one bit enough to share. Wanted more but did not need more as it was very meaty. Steaks cooked to perfection. Side of mushrooms unremarkable. The cream of the night, the creme brûlée with cappuccino…more…YES PLEASE!!!!

Had a wonder meal again. Chris is the ultimate waiter and always makes our meals enjoyable. My spouse had his usual filet as he loved the flavor, the char the wood fire gives it and the cut is the best he has had. I tried one of the chefs new pasta dishes and he did not disappoint. It was creamy, full of vegetables and delightful to the pallet, yet it was not heavy. The service with all the under waiters and other staff is always pleasant. We will continue to dine at Dynamite Woodfire Grill every time we are in Omaha. The owners stopped by our table to visit. They are a very lovely couple and we enjoyed visiting with them.

We had a great dining experience at Dynamite Woodfire Grill. We had some severe food allergies in our party and everyone from the wait staff, the restaurant manager, to the sous chef took extra precautions and made many accommodations for us. It was amazing, excited to come back soon.

This was our second visit to Dynamite Woodfire Grill. There were three of us. Overall, the meal was very good. I was very disappointed that their delicious cornbread had been overcooked this time so it was dark brown, dry and just not good. I ordered my steak medium, knowing that I could have it cooked a little more if I needed it. My steak was definitely on the high side of medium, actually medium well. It was obviously a good cut of steak because it was still tender and I enjoyed it. Dynamite was very busy that night and that's apparently why things weren't as great as our first experience. Would I go back? Yes, but I would check for events around downtown first to try to gauge how packed the restaurant might be.

Fabulous menu and service! If you’re looking for craft cocktails, interesting shareables, like deep fried panko olives, and great entrees, you will enjoy Dynamite. The price is what you would expect for the quality of the experience and food. We will definitely be back for special occasions.

My wife and I had a great date night. Amazing food and Janeva was a great server! The crab cake was the best I have ever had. The steaks and sides were great as well. Highly recommended!

Food and drink were fantastic. Was disappointed on the number of asparagus stalks that came with my wife’s steak. We were going to share our sides with each other as I got a generous bowl of Mac and cheese and she got four stalks of asparagus. Still would go back but maybe pick a different side to share.

Very meat centric - they list a vegetarian menu which isn’t vegetarian. My husband and I each had the late harvest salad which was delicious - fresh and a nice light vinaigrette. I had the mushroom tagliatelle as an entree portion and it was also delicious. My husband had the crab cake and said it was mostly crab as opposed to breading. Food was very good- just not many options for a vegetarian and even less for a vegan. I will go back, but not often as I’ll get bored.

Food was great! 1 hour waiting period between appetizers and main course though. Also my server didn’t pack my leftover baked potato, I wanted to eat that. I told him I wanted all of my leftovers.

We came for our 13yr wedding anniversary and had a great time! The food quality was fantastic. I noted our anniversary in the reservation and we were impressed with a nice treat to end our meal. I enjoyed a glass of the hotel’s barrel pick bourbon (the hotel sold me a bottle also)! One criticism would be our seating. Of course someone has to sit next to the grill and server standing area, I get that. I just wish it wasn’t us on our special night and that a more thought out location would have been reserved, but very minimal in the overall experience of the night. We will absolutely be back next year!
