I was disappointed with the buffet- I made reservations not knowing there was a special buffet for Mother’s Day and the food was not at the level we are used to at Dukes. We love Dukes but the buffet just not worth it. Our waitress was very nice though.

We were seated near the south windows and even with the shades down, the space felt about 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the restaurant. This was Mother’s Day brunch and my wife had a bad experience due to the uncomfortable heat.

We arrived shortly before 4p but the hostess couldn’t find our reservations. They were completely booked for the afternoon but honored it with proof of my confirmation on my phone. There were plenty of tables in the outdoor patio that were in the shade or partial shade but she sat us in one of the only tables directly in the sun without any covering. There was a slight breeze so it wasn’t super hot the entire time but it was very warm. We ordered appetizers and in the stack of dishes was a plate that still had food on it. The food and drinks were good, our server was nice and attentive. I overheard the staff say they were really short staffed to another table. It’s my second time visiting Duke’s and I’ll definitely be back, but some minor hiccups that I hope to not encounter for future visits.

Food was very good however the service was extremely slow. Reservation was for 6:30. We had to find the manager to place our order after almost 45 min. Then find her again to get the bill. Didn't get out until after 8, without drinks. Unfortunately we realized it was Trivia night too.

It was so noisy at 1:30-2:30 that we could not hod a decent conversation at the table. Food was ok, but very limited menu options. Service satisfactory, but not special. Would not return as there are so many other better options.

Miles is a great Server. He is always friendly, attentive and always greets us with a smile. The poke bowl is great and volcano style is 2nd to none.

We went specifically for happy hour deals and enjoyed our food but wish there were more food deals. Atmosphere was good and it wasn't over crowded but we were there at 4:30.

We went for brunch. Turkey Club Sandwich, fries, and salad were delicious and very filling. Atmosphere was vibrant and fun. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Started out a little rough. Had reservations for 2 and the hostess seated us at a table by the kitchen door and a family with small children that were having a good time. None of these things are bad, but a great hostess can usually “read the room” and would have seated us in a more calming spot. We were okay, but a server never stopped by to introduce themself. After about 7 minutes, we went and sat at the bar. Then it went up from there! Great service and wonderful bowl entrees! We’ll be back!

Really great service. I had the fish and chips which was light and flaky. Perfectly done. I substituted chips with truffle fries which was a fabulous choice.

This was our first visit to Duke's and we were very impressed. Our server Jackie was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of variety on the menu and the food was reasonably priced and very good. We're looking forward to coming back.

All the food for the brunch buffet was very good & all of us enjoyed their omelette & benedicts. My only complaint is that we were not offered refills on water.

Mediocre breakfast buffet and expensive for the offerings. Make sure to watch and get the food when it's hot. The mimosa was pretty light on the sparkling wine.

5 of us, we had Omelet of the day, 2 Turkey clubs, Reuben...food was good, servings hearty...noise level low, great service...It's been a year since I've been there...seems to be improved (menu, etc.)

The food and service was great, with good portion size, not too much not too little. Tables are a bit too close together and noise level was higher than we prefer. That said we enjoyed the food, which is key to our experience.

Paige was our server and was very attentive. It was crowded, so the noise level was high making it difficult to hear conversation at times. Food was terrific and delivered in a timely manner as we had mentioned to Paige we had theatre tickets.

Service was great. Food so-so. Hamburger can be ordered "pink or not pink". We ordered "pink" - was cooked medium well, definitely not pink. Also had chicken pot pie which was supposed to include peas and carrots. Dish had less than 10 tiny pieces of carrots and no peas that could be identified. Puff pastry crust was not accurate. Was a traditional pie crust and not bad but when you're expecting light and flaky it's a bit disappointing.

We were there during the rush of a Sunday brunch. I would have enjoyed a booth more than the high top table we ended up at. I still enjoy when I can get together with the kids.

Rice in poke bowl was uncooked and crunchy. Too light on sauce to have any flavor. Hubs ordered the walleye and it was on a tiny piece on a bed of fries. Not worth the $24. No complaints about service. To their credit, we were checked on many times and didn’t want the conflict of complaining in person.
