Not impressed. Have gone twice and was excited to see one of my favorite employees from Craftway snatched here but he was. It working last night. First time we went the place was empty, week night. Great service, but my friend did not love her salad. My Veal was good and the goat cheese appetizer was delicious but only comes with 2 pieces of bread. Last night the service was awful, our table was awful, shoved in the cores against a wall, the waitress who barely came around and when she did had to stand over me to pour drinks or shave cheese 1” minutes after our meals arrived. They were out of the meal I wanted. Ordered the goat cheese app again which is delectable but again comes with 2 small pieces of bread and they serve complimentary cold bread which we had to use for it. Also ordered the meatballs which were the tiniest we’ve ever ordered for $12 for 2, should at least have had 3. Has amazing meatballs in Norman, OK the other night that were massive at Benvenuttis. The dessert tray looked repulsive. Won’t be back, same disappointment as Black Walnut.

I had a great meal for mother's day at Dua Trottoria. The food was slow to come out but it was understandable given the holiday. Service was very attentive. I ordered the goat cheese dip and the adiolio pasta. Both were fantastic. The adiolio is different from any pasta I've tried - salty, slightly bitter, but the sundried tomatoes balance it out with some sweetness. I also tried a bite of the eggplant - really good. Would recommend.

It was Mother’s Day so we expected a wait and slow service, but we were seated at our reservation time and service was great. Food was delicious!

Great food, but they were clearly understaffed for the Mother’s Day lunch rush. Had a reservation and still waited over 1.5 hours for our food. We’ll try them again when they’re less busy.

Initial - I had made a reservation for 6, but we were seated in a booth meant for 4. It was really cramped and we asked to be moved to a larger table. There was a bit of scrambling, but they finally setup an outdoor table. Food was outstanding - the starters and main course we ordered were excellent. Service - The drinks menu doesn’t mention beers and our server too neglected to mention they had beers. Service was slow as the meal progressed. We ordered extra bread, but it didnt arrive even after 15 mins, so we asked one of the other servers to bring us some bread. Our server was missing for a long time. At one point, I had to go and fetch our server to take the order for the main course. Cannot comment on the noise level indoors, as we were in the patio.

We just happened upon this restaurant doing an OpenTable search for Italian near Frisco, TX. Best choice ever! We are from out of town and wanted someplace near our hotel. Brian was a delight, attentive, and knowledgeable, recommending the perfect wines and entrees. If you like olives, order the olive appetizer. They are pitted and served in warm oil with crusty bread - delish!! The dining room was busy and a little loud for my taste so we opted to dine on the patio. It was a mild evening with a soft rain falling which enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I knew I had found culinary perfection last time with their Beef Stroganoff, but they outdid themselves this time with their short rib ravioli! The Burek was outstanding. This time we indulged in dessert and found the cannoli to be heavenly. Our server Sabina was very attentive and helpful, offering great recommendations, and the Maitre D' Lindy is so sweet. We will surely be back soon!

Nice place with family feel amongst the management. Showed that they were happy to have us, which so many places don’t do.

Very tasty food options! Nice wine choices and delicious desserts! No pizza…. Try their other restaurant for that. Owners were on site and service was good. We will definitely go back!

We had an enjoyable meal and will be back. We ordered tasty goat cheese dip and beet salad to start followed by 2 pasta dishes - all the food was good. Next time we will try the tapas.

Food choices were amazing. We ordered the Julio Ceasar and the Prishtina. Both excellent. The goat cheese appetizer was delicious.

Dua Trattoria was a wonderful surprise! The new decor is modern, yet timeless, with the tin ceiling and the interesting lighting fixtures. The food was beyond good. All four of us had a different dish and we all remarked on the wonderful flavor and beautiful presentation of each dish. Our server, Brian, was attentive and pleasant. It was a lovely dining experience and we will be back!

Good Italian cuisine in the Dallas area is sparse. I was pleasantly surprised. Food, service and ambiance all far exceeded expectations. I will be back often! The eggplant was the best that I have ever tasted. The owned and his sister mad us feel like we were family. Great spot!
