Drake's is a swanky, old Hollywood-inspired restaurant with sophisticated cocktails at a large, circular bar.

We accept reservations 7 days in advance. Reservations open up at 9 am. For groups of 8 or more, please call the restaurant.

Reservations are strongly encouraged as we have limited walk-in availability.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any adjustments. No-show reservations will incur a fee of $50 per guest.

We do not seat incomplete parties.

To ensure that all parties are seated punctually and with ample time to enjoy their experience, a time limit is enforced:

1 hour 45 minutes for parties of 2
2 hours for parties of 3 to 4
2 hours 15 minutes for parties of 5 to 8

Valet is available.

A 5% surcharge will be added to each guest check. This charge is for the benefit of Drake’s employees. In support of this initiative, the entirety of this charge is retained by Drake’s.

Drakes has that old Hollywood vibe that doesn't exist anymore. It is a sophisticated, dark, beautiful bar and scene. The food is good and the drinks are excellent. Drinks are no more expensive than any restaurant or bar in the area. My only problem with Drakes is the $50 per person to hold a reservation. Who does this anymore? The other thing is they automatically charge a 20% gratitutity, even for a table of 2, without asking. With W Hollywoods now manditory $20 an hour minimum wage, paid off time, sick leave, etc this is getting out of control. I always leave at least a 20% tip but I want it to be my choice. Its for excellent service and an excellent experience, not because the restaurant wants to pass on the cost of doing business.

Steak was over charred, and got served a cold lobster mac. Tried again and still came back not hot. Dallas location far better than West Hollywood location. Wouldn’t go back for the price.

I had made this reservation for an early birthday dinner with my girlfriends for 7:30 pm. I had received a call from the mgr around 5pm telling me that they had a mix up with the reservations and if they could push back my reservation an hour, and for the inconvenience they would give us two bottles of champagne on the house. Upon arriving we were greeted at the door and directed to the bar until our table would be ready. We waited approx 20 mins until the party paid and left the table. Our appetizers were great. I had ordered the white fish picatta which was AMAZING. Two of my friends didn’t have the greatest experience one ordered a spicy Rigatoni and the other a lobster w/pasta dish both which were extremely salty and had to be taken back to kitchen and they kindly removed from our bill. The rest of our dinner was good with no complaints. Now as I stated this was for my bday so they asked which cake I would like but in bringing it out had ran out of sparklers which I will say was a bit disappointing sounds silly but it was part of the experience. You would think for those types of bookings you would have enough in stock. To ensure the dining experience is carried out to its full expectation. Overall the restaurant itself is beautifully lit the staff from the bar to the waitress, servers and manager were lovely. Would rate a 8/10

This place was amazing. Food was great and our server. Rick was amazing as well. Highly recommend this place. Definitely be going back we celebrating my husband‘s birthday and we had a great time.
