Everything was great but our server must have been overwhelmed or new. We sat down at 8pm and didn’t get our cocktails till 8:22 and they were brought by the bartender thankfully.

This restaurant is impeccable and immaculate. The staff are extraordinarily professional, but the food is overpriced for the size of the plates. Also, there was a wait to order our food once seated which was puzzling as they were pretty empty on a Monday at noon. Once received, my food was delicious. I had the Wide fettuccini, roasted pheasant and morels mushrooms sauce. My coworker had the salmon which he said was overcooked and it did look dry.

The food was delicious! We had caesar salad, grilled octopus and branzino. More than enough for 2 older people to share. Our waiter was very attentive and guided us as to what to order. The host was amazing in that the parking garage, which is free when validated, was very difficult to find. I called around 4 times for directions and the young lady was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend Drago Centro to anyone that enjoys fabulous and creative food!

Drago never disappoints. This is where I will bring my work team for lunch and celebrations. The staff is amazing and always, always friendly and professional. The food is prepared deliciously and presentation is always beautiful. I just love Drago!

I was very excited to try Chef Celestino Drago’s restaurant. My friends and I enjoyed our entire dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful with its decor, and is spacious with lots of light. The ambiance is unpretentious. It’s a wonderful place to gather with a group of friends large or small or have date night with that special someone. The service was impeccable, very attentive to all our needs, accommodating, and so warm and friendly with smiles all around. Chef Drago is very kind and welcoming! He took the time to chat with us and other patrons making sure we were enjoying our dinners. Now for the food/drinks/desserts - delicious, superb, and will not disappoint!! The flavors and textures were so heavenly with each bite. The hardest thing might to be deciding what to order because the menu had many options. Some things we ordered was the salumi, shorts ribs, carbonara, lump crab pasta and desserts galore. For a cocktail, order the Polly. It tastes as beautiful as it looks. Buon appetito!

I went here with high anticipation and expectations. The location was a three-minute walk from the Westin, which was very convenient. I was welcomed by the Maitre'd, who I later learned had the same name as me (Silvio), so we had more conversations in Italian and English. I sat at the bar with Emanuele as my bartender and server. We conversed also in both languages. The food was terrific. I had an arugula and artichoke salad with shaved Parmigiano that had a delicate dressing. My "napkin" past with crabmeat and pesto was divine, and I had a glass of beautiful Italian varietals with each course. Then I treated myself to the Canolo--incredible. Emanuele also treated me to a glass of Amaro as a an after dinner tonic/digestivo. All in all, Buonissimo!

Drago Centro is always a great meal, great wines (rely on the sommelier) and even deserts (love the Cannoli which had C. Drago's own spin). Pasta as an intermediate course (Pheasant ragu and cacio e pepi.

Unfortunately it took 45-60 minutes to get our main entrées. It was a work/client lunch, so I didn’t want to make a scene, but the waiter was non-communicative regarding the delay. Food was fantastic as always but experience was marred by the slow service.

We visited our office in Inglewood, and at the last minute, I tried to find an Italian restaurant I had in mind in downtown LA. I stumbled upon this restaurant. Unsure of its high-class status, we didn't dress up, feeling a bit embarrassed initially. However, we thought, why not? We have the means to dine at luxurious places, and we can dress appropriately if we plan ahead. Oh, sorry, I digressed. Anyway, let me tell you about the food at Drago Centro; it was delicious! I enjoyed every dish they offered, and I promise we'll return for more. I'm particularly fond of carpaccio, and I must say, I've never had it this good before. Drago Centro has earned the top spot on my favorite list for this dish.

Nice place across the street from Hilton. Went here with a reservation 2 hours prior to an event, which we were assured was plenty of time, as our waiter even asked if we had any plans for the evening when he came to take our order. Food was excellent when served but service was a bit slow with getting our main course about 75min after we arrived. Still good food, so would visit again, but not if I have somewhere to be afterwards.

I normally eat at the Jonathan Club. Drago Centro is my go-to for Monday nights when the JC does not serve. The menu has more variety than the JC, and the food is every bit as good. I may have to switch matters up more often.

Bisque was below average, , seafood risotto was overcooked and flavor less, short ribs and panzanela were alright but nothing special, most 8pm reservations were on a 15 minutes waitlist!!?? , really disappointed

The noise level is loud, not energetic. The food was tremendous but more than a little pricy! It was very good for Valentines dinner. My wife really enjoyed everything we had.

Reserved a table 2 weeks in advance, had my time set for 6:45pm, we got there at 6:54pm, there’s a 15 minute grace period so after finding and walking from the underground parking it was 6:54 when we checked in, we didn’t get seated until 7:30pm, not sure what’s the point of a reservation if that wasn’t honored. Food was great, prices were great, just thought the beginning of my time there was a bit annoying.
