Le chef de cuisine Celestino Drago a créé un menu représentant la diversité culturelle de l'Italie. We had a wonderful evening. The space is beautiful. Every dish was excellent. Dessert was amazing! There was a lively bar scene but the space is large enough that it doesn't detract from the elegant dining experience. Highly enjoyable!

Beautiful restaurant and very nice servers and manager. Quite civilized menu, but small. I ordered the Wagyu sirloin, with a bordelaise sauce. A beautiful presentation arrived. The steak was very dry, lacked sufficient sauce to last to the last bite. I ordered extra sauce, they brought it out immediately. I poured some on the rest of the steak, took a bite and the sauce was served cold. Any case, I’ll go back and try something else.

We were surprised that Drago Centro had not come up in our previous searches for a high-quality Italian restaurant to try in LA. We had not heard of this restaurant in the DTLA area. Drago was excellent all around including delicious Italian cuisine, excellent ambiance, and service, and an authentic Italian server which made the night a special souvenir for us. Highly recommended and we plan to come back soon.

We came for my birthday and it was so perfect. The food was amazing the wait staff attentive and the recommendations from them wonderful.

I had some friends visiting from Italy, so I took them to Drago's for dinner, and they "loved" it. Of course. I knew that they would.

Wonderful food and service in a beautiful room where my guest snd I could hear each other without raising our voice. All I wanted snd more. I cannot wait to become a “regular.”

Fabulous night out! Food and service was terrific. We sat on the patio so our party had a corner to ourselves.

Everything was great but our server must have been overwhelmed or new. We sat down at 8pm and didn’t get our cocktails till 8:22 and they were brought by the bartender thankfully.

This restaurant is impeccable and immaculate. The staff are extraordinarily professional, but the food is overpriced for the size of the plates. Also, there was a wait to order our food once seated which was puzzling as they were pretty empty on a Monday at noon. Once received, my food was delicious. I had the Wide fettuccini, roasted pheasant and morels mushrooms sauce. My coworker had the salmon which he said was overcooked and it did look dry.
